Vývoj konstrukce školního nábytku pro rozvojové země

Začal, Jaroslav January 2014 (has links)
Thesis is focused on design of production, material specifications and construction technology simplifications of school chairs and seats for developing countries. The use of locally available materials and equipment of local industry with application of low-technology manufacturing processes are emphasized. In developing areas this functional school furniture represents the basic comfort for pupils and facilitates the learning process. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is focused on and deals with experimental assessment of mechanical parameters of various rectangular joint designs. In this case joints are stress-loaded in transversal direction. The second (practical part) of the thesis deals with designing the functional shape of seats with use of joints described and tested in the first part. The third part of thesis deals with manufacturing of designed chair model due to specifications mentioned in first part of thesis and also with design of simple tool for manufacturing the joints with low-end and low-cost technology. Further the thesis introduces my own design of simple seat construction made from massive wood material manufactured by low-end technology with regards to achieving the due specifications. The task of this thesis is to design the viable manufacturing process of seats and chairs from raw wood and scrap material. Essential part of thesis is also manufacturing of seat prototype and simplified model of proposed mortise and tenon drill. The thesis encloses the literature overview, experiment methodology, description of potentially usable and really used materials. In last chapter the testing results are summarized and the sample of manufacturing is documented.

Mikroflóra masa

Rymerová, Lucie January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis determines the level of microflora in meat from various suppliers. Literary research describes the methods used during the slaughtering process, up to meat cutting. It defines micro-organisms which cause both contamination and food-borne illness. It also describes possible ways of combating undesirable microorganisms as well as possible options to extend meat shelf-life. In the practical part, the following groups of microorganisms were measured by the means of a plate method: total number of microorganisms, coliform bacteria, yeasts and mildews, spore-forming bacteria, and psychotropic bacteria. A comparison among pork meat purchased in a store, in a butcher shop, from a home-grown breed and from a wild pig was provided. The lowest number of microorganisms was found in the meat coming from home-grown animals. All samples in the first day of measurement showed almost zero values for the determined groups of microorganisms, and their numbers were growing modestly in the following days. However, after a week of storing, the samples indicated no signs of spoilage, which should be reflected by the presence of microorganisms above 108 or 109 KTJ/cm2.

Hodnocení lisovacích účinků ve vinařských provozech

Kosík, Jiří January 2014 (has links)
This thesis describes methods of work and structural variants of wine presses used in modern wineries in detail. It summarizes strengths and weaknesses of technological solutions. The practical part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of two presses, each of which is based on a different principle. The effects of pressing were observed during the processing of three grape varieties -- Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zweigeltrebe -- in 2011, 2012 and 2013. The amount of pressure, processing, most gain and productivity were assessed. The cost of processing one hectolitre of the product was fixed for both systems.

Stanovení množství posklizňových zbytků v osevním postupu v podmínkách hospodaření se živočišnou výrobou

Barteska, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The dissertation focuses on issue of a post-harvest residues in the crop rotation. The paper describes methodology of setting up the experiment, measurements, collection and analysis of samples. Also available is a characteristics and climatic conditions of the experimental locality. The amount of post-harvest residues were followed up for 3 crops (winter wheat after alfalfa, winter wheat after maize and spring barley after sugar beet) for three variants of tillage and three sampling depths. From these selected the most post-harvest residues 24.98 t.ha-1, was left by winter wheat grown after alfalfa sown variant with direct seeding. The smallest amount of 13.02 t.ha-1 was measured for spring barley after method of minimization. Option of plowing for wheat after alfalfa and wheat after corn reached was measured by average of 17.5 t.ha-1. Average amount of underground biomass of all crops without distinction in processing variations was resulted at the depth of 0 - 0.15 m amount of 10.03 t.ha-1. At a depth of 0.15 to 0.30 m, it was 2.84 t.ha-1 and at a depth of 0.30 to 0.45 m - 2.40 t.ha-1. The total amount of post-harvest residues (underground biomass + straw stubble) Winter wheat was grown after alfalfa - 21.25 t.ha-1, winter wheat after corn - 18.77 t.ha-1 and spring barley after sugar beat - 13.45 t.ha-1. The results of dissertation showed a significant difference according the results listed in the literature sources. This could be due to the influence of the year, which was extremely profitable and may also be influenced by the selection of representative localities, because the sample taken represents only a small portion of the total area

Technologie výroby speciálních sladů určených pro výrobu piva

Rotreklová, Iva January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with technology of special malts production that are designed for the beer production. Literature review focuses on the theory of malt production and the posibility of special malts production from cereals such as wheat, oat, rye or corn, that can be subsequently used for beer production. Several kinds of cereals were chosen for the experimental part of the thesis and malts were made from these cereals. The malts were used for the laboratory preparation of beer in a ratio of 50% of special malt and 50% of barley malt. Basic analysis were performed for the cereals and also for prepared malts (TGW, density, glassiness and extract). The brewed beer was analyzed using the FermentoFlash (alcohol content, real and apparent extract, original wort, relative density and osmotic pressure) and pH values were measured too. Finally, sensory analysis were performed. The best evaluated samples were corn and oat beer. Wheat beer got the worst evaluation.
