The subject of master´s thesis named „Holiday centre“ is elaboration of project documentation of building part. The building is consists of accommodation units, relaxation centre and restaurant joint with kitchen. Holiday centre contains 15 accommodation units for 45 persons, one accommodation unit for two persons is designed as barrier free. Capacity of restaurant is also 45 persons. Building has 4 floors. Base construction system is bricked, amended to tensioned ceiling panels. Object is positioned to foundation strips. Building roof is partially composed from gabled and partially from flat roof.

This diploma thesis deals with veterinary clinics in Prostejov. The building is secluded on almost flat land. The building has a simple rectangular shape, replicating the street, with a receding second floor. The building is brick, two-storey, basement, covered with a flat roof and green roof terrace. On the first floor are situated surgeries, surgeries, operating rooms, facilities for employees and utility room. On the second floor there is a pet shop, counseling, treatment plant dog, sanitary facilities for public office and facilities for temporary accommodation of employees, where it is possible to get to the green roof terrace. The building is insulated, partially with white plaster and partly with wooden facade panels. The building is in part intended for the general public designed wheelchair.

Diploma work deals Construction of apartment houses Optátova - building technology project. Work includes the technical report, coordination situation, timetable, financial plan, study of realization, drawing of devide construction and his financial and timetable evaluation, next timetable of construction, timetable of main objekct, supplies of building materials, technological specification, inspection and test plan, itemized budget of main object and contract of work. Time methods were compared – gradual, concurrent and current method.
