Annotation The aim of the thesis is new-building design of mixed-use building in cadastral of community Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Building is situated at free estate in the marginal of community. Building estate must have new feeder road built. In front of building will be the parking area. The mixed-use building is detached and four-storied building. At basement is situated underground garage for ten cars and store houses for flats. At first floor is situated cafe and commercial space. Cafe has kitchen, stock rooms and WC. Commercial space has staff facilities and sales area. One of the shops has back door to stock room. Parking space for staff is next to building. At second and third floor is situated eight flats. Four flats has 3 rooms and four left has 2 rooms. Each flat has got stock room, WC and bathroom. In each flat is situated entrance to the terrace. Terrace is on extensive green roof orientated to southwest. In the flats is kitchen together with living room because of bigger space. Floor in the flats is combination of ceramic tiles and laminated floor. Area with flats has a lift. Concrete foundations are on micropiles. Project is set up with system LIVETHERM building has heat cladding. At the building are plastic windows and colour is matching with facade. Foothpath around building are from interlocking pavement. Whole documentation is prepared to realization of building. Drawing documentation is prepared by software AUTOCAD.

The aim of this thesis is design the project documentation for building realisataion. The project is solved as study for real building The subsequent bed health care settled in category of acomodation for seniors in Ostrava – Vratimov location. The building is available for maximal period 3 weeks. The buiding is equiped by 21 rooms for 42 patients. The new building is design as block disposition for future redesign or construction. The building is three floor structure with respect to surrounding building architecture on which the design of building is based. In the building there are also terrace with green roof part. Vertical structure are mede from ceramic blocks Porotherm with mineral wool infill combined with reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The roof structure is from repeated pitched roofs with metal roof covering.

The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building. The building object is located on the southeast outskirts of Brno, in the city of Slatina. The land chosen for the building is situated in the cadastral area of Slatina. The building has five floors without basement. Multifunctional house is suitable for housing and for commercial purposes. The house is projected with 13 apartments, with café – opening hours to 10 PM, healthy food store and drugstore. There are apartments with 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. Each apartment is complemented by a balcony and a cellar. The main facade is located on the west side of the property where it is allowed access to the shops and cafe. Entry into the living area is on the eastern side of the property. Perimeter walls of the building will be made of sand-lime bricks KM Beta SENDWIX 5DF-LP. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The house is covered by a flat single-roof, part of the roof over the 4th floor will be designed as a vegetation roof.

The subject of the thesis is processing of project documentation for the new building of biathlon bleachers and sport facilities. The compound is located in the town of Staré Město pod Landštejnem, situated on a plot of land no.1818/6. The building is detached, designed partly as a double-deck and in the remaining part as four-storey. The supporting structure is designed as a solid reinforced concrete prefabricated skeletal system, supplemented by filling brick blocks. The compound is based on foundation plinths and the bleachers on foundations. The ceiling construction is made up of POD ceramic panels. The roof is designed as a single skin flat roof with the powder of washed river stone, and the roof above the duplex part is designed as a walkable roof with a wear layer of paving on supports. The project was prepared using a computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was placed on the correct layout design, architectural design, static requirements and the safe use of the building.

The third floor is designed as a large-area apartment for a family of four.

First part is used for housing. It consists of 40 housing units. . The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units. The subject of the diploma thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building with almost zero energy consumption. The multifunctional building is located in the South Moravian Region on the outskirts of Rosice. It is a five-storey detached multifunctional building in a slightly sloping terrain, with one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor serves for the most part as a collective garage and also for the technical background of the building. There is a gym and showroom on the first floor. On the second and third floors there are office spaces with the necessary facilities. The remaining fourth floors are used for living, there are designed four residential units, with storage space for each apartment. The building is designed as a combined construction system, while the perimeter vertical load-bearing structures are lined with ceramic hollow blocks. The perimeter load-bearing walls in the basement are made of lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures inside the building consist mainly of reinforced concrete monolithic columns. The ceiling structures and longitudinal girders are also monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter masonry is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The building is based on reinforced concrete monolithic foundation strips. The roof consists of a flat single-skin vegetation roof.

An object of leisure-time center and a new bridge were designed according to needs and limits of this location, that they correspond to. This project follows up on the previous analysis and the riverfront design in the section between the main bridge and the Zborovsky bridge in Kroměříž. The general target of this project is an active integrating the river and its closest neighborhood to the city environment. This target is supported by the study in this project. The leisure-time center design creates a social background and a center of this area and it would became an important point in Kroměříž, where people could relocate on the river, by bike or on foot from. The new bridge design examines possible solutions of a new bridge over the river in Kroměříž, that is missing here.

Nowadays we are building 2 main typologies of dwelling, residential appartment buildings and family houses. The residential appartment buildings are mostly established in the city center whereas family houses on the green field outside the town. Both typologies have both advantages and disadvantages. The important factors influencing decisions whether to choose the family house or the appartment living are e.g. finance, distance from working place and facilities, greenery in the surrounding, need of the individual vehicular traffic, safety for childrens, etc. Building of family housing is accompanied by the globe problem which is urban sprawl. Landscape is being destroyed at the expense of disfunctional unurban satelite developments. The project is focused on a solution for this problem by combining these two different typologies, picking the advantages and putting them together into the functional formula.
