The aim of the thesis is to solve selected parts of the construction technology project for the building of the multifunctional complex Rudiny II, Žilina - building block D. The content of the thesis is a technical report to the construction technology project, studies of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building. technological regulation for horizontal and vertical monolithic structures, quality control and testing plan for the production of vertical and horizontal monolithic structures, OSH plan. In the appendix of my diploma thesis I processed drawings of construction equipment, itemized budget of the building, object budget according to THU, time plan of construction, dimensions of construction machines, laying plan for system formwork on standardized floor of multifunctional house.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technology project for an office building Dukelská in Brno. The content of the work is a technical report to the construction technology project, design of transport solutions, time and financial evaluation of the construction, project for a construction site equipment, design of a machine assemblies. For the selected construction phase a technological specification and check and test plan is designed. The work also deals with environmental and safety risks, draft contract for work and alternative technologies of vertical structures.

The subject of this final thesis is to process selected parts of the construction technological project for the apartment house Eden in Poprad. The thesis deals with the implementation of the rough construction of the building. The content of this thesis is a engineering report, site plan with estate road layout, time schedule and financial plan for the whole object, feasibility study of the main technological stages of the building, construction site equipment project with drawings of three main technological stages, design of major construction machinery and mechanisms, time schedule of the rough construction of the main building, balance of workers and main machines, item budget, technological regulation for the realization of monolithic floor slab, control and test plan for the realization of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. As another assignment, I process selected points of LEED certification, noise study and health and safety plan.

The diploma thesis deals with construction project of the prepraration and realisation of the 1st stage of Ponava City residential district in Brno, Královo Pole. A construction technological project, a construction plan from a financial and time point of view, a design of construction site equipment, a design of construction machinery and a health and safety plan were prepared for a multifunctional building. Furthermore, the content includes more detailed technological regulations of reinforced concrete structures and related inspection and test plans.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the technological project of the multifunctional building DASS in Martin. It is a two-storey building that will serve for the needs of DASS company. The diploma thesis assesses the building as a whole and focuses on selected technological processes. The work consists of the technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations for monolithic reinforced concrete horizontal structures and for vegetation flat roof, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and control-test plans for structures from technological regulations. Furthermore, a time and financial plan is developed. Than staff balance and a schedule of selected technological processes of the main building is processed. At the same time a construction site project, a health and safety plan, a noise study and LEED 2009 CORE & SHELL are prepared for the construction of a multifunctional building. The work is further supplemented by a specialization focused on the analysis of the contribution of green roofs on energy efficiency of buildings.

<p>In this thesis, inferential methods for one-shot device testing data from accelerated life-test are developed. Due to constraints on time and budget, accelerated life-tests are commonly used to induce more failures within a reasonable amount of test-time for obtaining more lifetime information that will be especially useful in reliability analysis. One-shot devices, which can be used only once as they get destroyed immediately after testing, yield observations only on their condition and not on their real lifetimes. So, only binary response data are observed from an one-shot device testing experiment. Since no failure times of units are observed, we use the EM algorithm for determining the maximum likelihood estimates of the model parameters. Also, inference for the reliability at a mission time and the mean lifetime at normal operating conditions are also developed.</p> <p>The thesis proceeds as follows. Chapter 2 considers the exponential distribution with single-stress relationship and develops inferential methods for the model parameters, the reliability and the mean lifetime. The results obtained by the EM algorithm are compared with those obtained from the Bayesian approach. A one-shot device testing data is analyzed by the proposed method and presented as an illustrative example. Next, in Chapter 3, the exponential distribution with multiple-stress relationship is considered and corresponding inferential results are developed. Jackknife technique is described for the bias reduction in the developed estimates. Interval estimation for the reliability and the mean lifetime are also discussed based on observed information matrix, jackknife technique, parametric bootstrap method, and transformation technique. Again, we present an example to illustrate all the inferential methods developed in this chapter. Chapter 4 considers the point and interval estimation for the one-shot device testing data under the Weibull distribution with multiple-stress relationship and illustrates the application of the proposed methods in a study involving the development of tumors in mice with respect to risk factors such as sex, strain of offspring, and dose effects of benzidine dihydrochloride. A Monte Carlo simulation study is also carried out to evaluate the performance of the EM estimates for different levels of reliability and different sample sizes. Chapter 5 describes a general algorithm for the determination of the optimal design of an accelerated life-test plan for one-shot device testing experiment. It is based on the asymptotic variance of the estimated reliability at a specific mission time. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the application of the algorithm. Finally, Chapter 6 presents some concluding remarks and some additional research problems that would be of interest for further study.</p> / Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

The subject of my thesis is the construction and technological project of the new private clinics in Slavkov near Brno in South Moravia. The main goal of my work is a study of implementation of major technological stages of building. These technological steps will cover the main building. This study will be established timetable. Furthermore, the project will be processed construction site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, with the budget bill of quantities for the main building structure. Technological specification and control plan is prepared for the realization of construction scaffolding, flat roofs and implementation envelope. Re-entering the occupational health and safety plan for the aforementioned works.
