The subject of this thesis is building and technological project of new office building of the company Esko-T in Trebic. This work technological prescription monolithic frame, inspection and test plans, design mechanical assembly with the deployment of the machines on site, photographs wider transport links nearby buildings, Occupational safety and health, environmental protection, design cell site equipment, contract work, documentation broader transport relations, building equipment, store site cells at the site, the crane card, schedule deployment of machine-schedule construction site, object work schedule, balance and repair workers drawing project documentation, itemized construction budget, energy consumption on site and price compared monolithic and prefabricated skeleton.

In this diploma thesis is designed replica Hanacky estate from the 19th century. The whole structure includes not only a replica of the estate but also including the reconstruction of a barn or shelter. Hanacky estate will be part of Zoopark Vyškov and will serve as an environmental education center. Thesis I deal with a construction technological project. I focus here on the transport links, building-site cell site equipment, calculation of water and electricity, design tools and machinery, calculation, budget and schedule, the use of machines and workers, limitky. I deal with the technological regulations innovative technology. Furthermore, it is the control and test plans, security, ecology, design contract for work. In the last part of my thesis I deal with natural building materials.

This thesis deals with constructive -technological solutions of construction of two residential buildings A and B in Uničov. The thesis includes preparation and construction site equipment, technological prescription for implementation of anhydrite floors, time schedule and financial plan of construction, project budget, monitoring and test plans, instructions for maintenance, fire problem solution and security plan for requirements of the EMS.

The subject of the diploma thesis is a preparation of a prefabricated hall with administration in Prace. The production hall will be used to produce glass fiber reinforced concrete. Next part and extension is an administrative part. The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.
