Tichá společnost - práva a povinnosti smluvních stran / Silent partnership - rights and obligations of the contracting parties

Nosková, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
Silent partnership - rights and obligations of the contracting parties ABSTRACT This thesis deals with a silent partnership while focusing on the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. It is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, the author at first presents the general characteristics of the silent partnership agreement, including a brief historical excursion. Great scope is given to comparing a silent partnership and a partnership. The conclusion that a silent partnership is a special kind (lex specialis) of partnership is reflected in the following chapters. Next two chapters describe the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties; the second chapter deals with the rights and obligations of the silent partner and the third chapter deals with the rights and obligations of the entrepreneur. These are the most significant chapters of the thesis, in which the individual rights and obligations of the contracting parties are analysed while the author identifies some problematic aspects that can lead to interpretative and application difficulties and then offers possible solutions. The fact that silent partnership is a special kind of partnership causes that the contracting parties are (as well as partners of the partnership) bound by duty of loyalty. However, the duty of...

Analýza vývoje vegetačního krytu a využití země v povodích toků Novohradských hor (povodí Malše po soutok s Tichou, Tiché, Pohorského potoka po soutok Černou) / Analysis of land use and land cover development in the catchment areas of the water streams in the Novohradské Mountains (catchment areas of the Malše up to the confluence with the Tichá, of the Tichá and the Pohořský brook up to the confluence with the Černá)

JIRÁSEK, Petr January 2010 (has links)
The Dissertation submitted describes and analyses the development and existing situation of the landscape (in terms of land use and land & vegetation cover) in the {\clqq}Novohradské Mountains`` region between 1955 and 2009, in the cadastral district situated in the catchment areas of the Malše river, as well as of the Tichá river and of the Pohořský brook. On the basis of the statistical data of the Land Registry and detailed terrain mapping there have been analysed individual types of land and distribution of elements of the land cover in relation to individual cadastral districts. The results of the issues examined are contained in the Annexes to this Dissertation (tables, charts and figures) and are completed with verbal descriptions in the text part of Dissertation.

Výskyt mihule potoční (Lampetra planeri) v Malši v okolí Dolního Dvořiště / Characteristic of brook lamprey \kur{(Lampetra planeri)} habitats in the Malše River catchment

HLAVÍNOVÁ, Lenka January 2010 (has links)
The aim of the present diploma thesis was to prove the habitation of brook lamprey near Dolní Dvořiště. Biotopes with habitat preferences of brook lamprey were described. During the ichtological investigation of the catchment area of the Malše river in the years 2007 - 2008, brook lamprey was successfully located on sites in Dolní Dvořiště and near Všeměřický quarry. The sites had the same character as trout streams. Length -frequency distribution of the brook lamprey larvae was executed. The species assemblage of ichtofauna of the sites with brook lamprey habitation was described. In the years 2008-2009 other possible biotopes were mapped in connection to the sites in Malše and Tichá where brook lamprey had been located before.

Výuka anglických tichých písmen / Teaching Silent Letters to Czech Learners

Pospíšilová, Markéta January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis follows up on the bachelor thesis which dealt with the phenomenon of silent letters and which was created by the same author. This bachelor thesis has revealed that Czech learners tend to mispronounce every fifth word containing a silent letter which should be seen as alarming. The diploma thesis therefore tries to find some way how to change this situation. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the analysis of various techniques and materials which are concerned with silent letters. In the practical part this materials are adjusted to the needs of the Czech learners in order to create a battery of activities which would cover this area of pronunciation. In the next step these activities will be introduced in English classrooms. In the research we will monitor the progress of the respondents over a larger period of time and assess how effective the created activities are.

Tichá revoluce. Proměna identity frankofonního Québecu. / Quiet revolution: Transformation of the Francophone Identity of Quebec

Denemark, Jan January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis is covering Québec's policy and Quebec's change of identity from the era of the Quiet revolution. This work covers the changes that were a crucial in the creation of Québec's policy and national identity. From the time of the Quiet revolution in the 60's of the 20th century the society in Québec came through a drastic identity change. And not only in the province itself but also in the whole country of Canada. Because of this change, Québec refused the Canadian policy of multiculturalism. Canadian official policy does not accept Québec as a distinct society and also refuses the principle of the two-nation Canada. Therefore, Québec created its own policy of integration called interculturalism. In the analysis of the development of identity and nationalism, the methodology is a critical examination of the empirical experiences of Québec and the theses of the theoretical concepts of Charles Taylor and Will Kymlicka. It was necessary to study Taylor's and Kymlicka's theses on multiculturalism, identity, communitarianism, and liberalism as a starting point for analyzing the development of Québec. It was important to formulate definitions of identity, nation, and multiculturalism, to determine the main categories of content, and to analyze the development of the Québec identity during...

Reagují ceny pohonných hmot v České republice asymetricky? / Do fuel prices respond asymmetrically in the Czech Republic?

Kohoutek, Jakub January 2013 (has links)
It's a subject of extensive discussion whether or not fuel prices on gas stations respond faster on an increase of oil price than on its decrease. Though this phenomenon is widely discussed in scientific literature, there's still no study focused on an asymmetric behavior of fuel prices on the Czech market. This diploma thesis fills the gap and explores the reaction of fuel prices in response to cost shocks in the environment of the Czech Republic. At the first section of thesis, there is described several economic theories explaining asymmetric reaction - especially the theories based on consumer behavior under the imperfect information assumption and the theory of tacit collusion according to which the price of previous period provides companies on oligopolistic market with a focal price for implicit cartel agreement. In the Empirical part of the thesis, I use an error correction model allowing asymmetric reaction to analyze if the retail fuel prices in the Czech Republic really react with different lag on positive and negative cost shocks. Based on several time series of gasoline and diesel prices, presence of asymmetric price reaction was proven between wholesale and retail level of supply chain.

Biotopy vázané na migrační koridor údolí Tiché Orlice / Biotopes associated with migration corridor valley of the Tichá Orlice river (Eastern Bohemia, Czech Republic)

Rejzek, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
Biotopes associated with railway corridor in valley of the river Tichá Orlice (Eastern Bohemia, Czech Republic) ABSTRACT Expansion, invasion or decline of plant species caused by environmental changes belong to the most important phenomenons associated with vegetation cover development. In spite of their often initiation by human activities the above mentioned processes continue then spontaneously and uncontrollably. This study is concentrated to the effect of these mechanisms on the biotope structure along the Tichá Orlice River (Eastern Bohemia, Czech Republic) - in its lowland landscape segment of the canyon character where the second axis of the valley (river flow is the first one) is created by railway line more than 150 years of local history. The case study has the general aim: to treat the present and/or future impact of described trends to plant biota and the degree of its influencing. My diploma thesis investigates functional impact and mutual interaction of the two main migration pathways of exotic species - the T.Orlice river and the railway corridor. It presents qualitative and quantitative changes in plant components of local (semi)natural biotopes by mean of interrelationships among selected ecological groups of species (neophytes, expansive species, and ephemeroids). At the same time, this...
