Pesquisa do estado de Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG) / Avaliou-se o desempenho de larvas de curimat?-pacu submetidas a quatro ra??es comerciais, com diferentes n?veis de prote?na bruta (320, 360, 450 e 550 g kg-1) e quatro frequ?ncias alimentares (2, 3, 4 e 5), em fatorial 4x4 e o desenvolvimento do sistema digest?rio no 3?, 18? e 28? dias p?s-eclos?o (DPE) por an?lises histol?gicas. Foram mensurados o comprimento total e padr?o, altura do corpo, peso, ganho de peso, fator de condi??o de Fulton e sobreviv?ncia. Os peixes alimentados com ra??o contendo 360 g de prote?na bruta kg-1 de prote?na bruta apresentaram melhores comprimento total e padr?o, altura do corpo, peso, ganho de peso e do fator de condi??o de Fulton, do que as alimentadas com a de 320 g kg-1. Quando comparado aos tratamentos com 450 e 550 g kg-1, os peixes submetidos ao tratamento com 320 e 360 g kg-1 apresentaram maior sobreviv?ncia, n?o sendo observadas diferen?as em rela??o aos outros par?metros avaliados. O aumento da frequ?ncia alimentar de duas para tr?s vezes dia-1 proporcionou maiores comprimentos total e padr?o e altura do corpo, al?m de melhor fator de condi??o de Fulton. No 3? DPE, o sistema digest?rio apresentou-se como um tubo reto e indiferenciado com c?lulas secretoras positivas para o AB no es?fago, indicando atividade digest?ria. No 18? e 28? DPE, o es?fago ? marcado por c?lula secretora ?cida e b?sica (AB e PAS positivo). O est?mago individualizado, distinguido nas regi?es c?rdica, f?ndica e pil?rica com secre??o AB e PAS positivo. O intestino foi caracterizado como longo e enovelado, sendo dividido nos segmentos proximal, m?dio e distal, al?m da presen?a de cecos pil?ricos com c?lulas secretoras AB e PAS positiva e negativa. Conclui-se que as larvas de curimat?-pacu devem ser alimentadas com ra??o contendo 360 g de prote?na bruta kg-1 distribu?das em tr?s refei??es e que no 3? DPE, apresentam atividades digest?rias e ao longo do 18? e 28? DPE, o est?mago e o intestino encontravam-se diferenciados com as suas distintas regi?es marcadas por c?lulas secretoras. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Zootecnia, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2013. / ABSTRACT Performance of larvae curimat?-pacu subjected to four commercial diets with different protein levels (320, 360, 450 and 550 g kg-1) and four feeding frequencies (2, 3, 4 and 5), in 4x4 factorial was evaluated and digestive system development by histological analyses related to 3?, 18? and 28? days post-hatching (DPE). It was measured the total and standard length, body height, weight, weight gain, Fulton's condition factor and survival. Fish fed with diets containing 360 g of crude protein kg-1 presented higher total and standard length, body height, weight, weight gain, and condition factor Fulton than those fed with 320 g kg-1. When compared to treatments with 450 and 550 g kg-1, but differences for the other parameters were not observed. Increasing the feed rate from two to three times daily provided higher total and standard length and height of the body, as well as better condition factor Fulton. In the 3? DPE, digestive system was presented as a straight tube and undifferentiated with secretory cells positive for AB were found in the esophagus, indicating digestive activities. That the stomach was individualizes the regions distinguished in cardiac, fundic an pyloric with the secreting AB and PAS positive. The intestine was characterized as long and balled, divided in proximal, middle and distal, and the presence of pyloric caeca whit secreting cells AB and PAS positive and negative. It was conclude that larvae curimat?-pacu have should be fed with diet containing 360 g of crude protein kg-1 distributed in three meals daily and have activities in third DPE, being shown that during 18? and 28? DPE, stomach and intestines were already fully differentiated and their distinct regions marked by secretory cells.
