This diploma thesis refers to the economic aspects of Sino-African relations on the example of Kenya. The first part of the thesis that deals with literature research describes the backgrounds of China, Sub-Saharan Africa and Kenya. The background is followed by Sino-African relations and Sino-Kenyan relations. The next concepts about Chinese business and its impacts in Africa are described in several chapters. The practical part of the thesis is mainly focused on trade between Kenya and China and it tries to describe the trade relations and their importance.

Marketing communication of Koryna company

The main goal of this master's thesis is the evaluation of the marketing communication of a selected company based on the firm's marketing strategy. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second is practical. In the theoretical part, basic marketing methods are described and explained. The practical part contains a description of the actual marketing communication of the selected company and improvements are suggested. Concrete company data from the period of 2009-2013 was used ss input information as well as internal information from the management of the company which was gathered through interviews. At the end of the thesis, all of the results are summarized and an optimization to improve the marketing situation of the firm is inferred from the summary.

The aim of the thesis, which focuses on aspects affecting unemployment and finding employment of university graduates in the Zlín Region, is to assess the ability of university graduates to succeed in the labour market. The data analysis, based on responses of randomly selected university graduates working or seeking employment in the Zlin Region, has become an important point in order to accomplish the objective. The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical, dealing with the problems of the labour market and unemployment, while the second part is practical. The practical part is based on the analysis of the survey results, afterwards recommendations for students / graduates and universities were implemented.

The data are presented in tables and illustratively graphed. The final part of the thesis proposes measures to improve the organic food market and increase the interest in buying them.

The aim is to compare trainee programmes arranged by marketing agencies, IT, pharmaceutical and construction firms. It analyses the educational system development, the trends and the position of graduates on the EU labour market and describes trainee programmes. The proposal of recommendations for trainee programmes improvement was elaborated based on the research results.

My thesis is focused on the analysis of the organic food market in Prague 4 city. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the organic farming, its objectives and principles. Furthermore, the thesis differentiates between conventional and organic farming, summarizes the history and development of organic farming and describes the development of financial support. The thesis in the theoretical part also describes the definitions of organic products, their labeling, inspection and marketing methods. The practical part of the thesis contains statistical comparisons of the development of agricultural acreage, the number of farms in organic farming and compares the development of the organic food market in the Czech Republic. Additionally, the practical part analyzes the market of organic food in town district Prague 4. The collected data is represented in tables and graphs. As a conclusion, the thesis proposes measures to develop the organic food market in selected parts of Prague city.

Maloobchodní prodej se zaměřením na význam nákupních center / Retail sales with a focus on the importance of shopping centers

This diploma thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the meaning and role of shopping centers in retail sales in the Czech Republic, using analysis performed. The SWOT analysis was carried out in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of selected shopping centers and to define their opportunities and threats. Further, some of financial indicators of given studied shopping centers were calculated and the resulting data were compared to each other in the monitored time period. On the basis of these results, it was evaluated a possible impact of the effectiveness of the law of corporations to shopping centers. In the next part, two retail format focused on food sale were compared based on financial indicators. The first format is represented by hypermarkets located in shopping centers and the second one by smaller retail units. The last section describes evaluation of questionnaire focused on consumer behavior of customers during food purchase and their preferences in choice a retail format.
