Porovnání metodik identifikace anaerobního prahu v cyklistické části triatlonu / Comparison of methods of identification of anaerobic threshold in the cycling part of triathlon

Berka, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Tittle: Comparison of methodologies for the identification of anaerobic threshold in cycling part of the triatlon Triathlon is an endurance sport combining in a complex of three different sports - swimming, cycling and running. It is a time-consuming sport, where the effectiveness of the training must be at a high level. From the structure of performance in triathlon and the related management training results as the most important prerequisite of effective training to know the individual tracks heart rate and achieved watt performance on the level of the individual anaerobic threshold. To identify and track these values using are used continuous measurements and verifications. One of the most commonly used methods is load diagnostics. Objective: The aim of the thesis is to research literature on load diagnostics. Based on the findings obtained to choose the most frequently used diagnostic test load, which is than applied to the experimental group and the results are statistically compared showing whether there are signifiant differences in the results obtained from the use of different tests. Furthermore, to continue to determine which tests are the most appropriate for evaluation of fitness triathlon in the cycling part of the triathlon. Methodology: The selection and use of selected tests:...

Analýza posturálních funkcí a držení těla u triatlonistů ve věku 10-15 let / Analysis of postural functions and posture in triathletes aged 10-15 years

Plintová, Ester January 2021 (has links)
TITLE OF THESIS: Analysis of postural functions and posture in triathletes aged 10-15 years. OBJECTIVES OF THESIS: The aim of this work is to analyze the condition of the musculoskeletal system and posture in triathletes aged 10-15 years and based on that to create a health compensation program and then verify and be able to objectify the main musculoskeletal problems, recommend and provide remedies. METHODS USED: In my diploma thesis I used in testing the level of motor skills tests tested by CTA for the age group of triathletes 8-15 years and then I compared them according to the table determining the level of assumptions using T-points. I used a ray graph to summarize the average results of the group. I tested the analysis of postural functions and posture using physiotherapeutic tests according to the authors Jaroš and Lomíček, and I used Matthias' test as a supplement. During testing according to Jaroš and Lomíček, I used a plumb line, protractor and grid to make the evaluation as accurate as possible. During the physiotherapy measurements, I took photos and videos, thanks to which I was able to better identify postural defects, however they could not be presented in the diploma thesis. I recorded the individual results in tables. RESULTS: My research showed that regular application of a...

Vliv současných trendů na determinanty sportovního výkonu v triatlonu / The influence of the current trends on the determinants of sports performance in triathlon

Červenka, Lukáš January 2021 (has links)
Name: The influence of the current trends on the determinants of sports performance in triathlon. Aim: Main aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the influences of current trends in triathlon and how they can influence the determinants of a sports performance and predict in which direction the triathlon will go in the future. Methods: According the historical method by Hroch it was used to determine the historical context. The results were properly interpreted in the context of a problem definition, data collection and analysis based on inductive- deductive reasoning. The research deals with the search, processing, and analysis of data for various types of triathlons within the International Triathlon Union (ITU). The results from several selected triathlon races of the world championship are also analyzed, from the shortest format (super sprint) to the longest, which is a long triathlon (Ironman). The research also included an interview with an employee of the Commission of the International Triathlon Union (triathlon development committee) Outcome: According to the analysis of historical development, triathlon competitions are shortening, and the share of triathlons is rising at the expense of Olympic triathlons. There is no fundamental difference in BMI values between the best super sprint...

Porovnání srdeční frekvence, hladiny laktátu a rychlosti plavání v proudnicovém kanále a plaveckém bazénu / A Comparison of heart rate, lactic acid production and swimming speed in a flowing channel and a swimming pool

Kozel, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
Name of Work Comparison of heart-rate, lactate levels, swimming speed in streamlined (aerodynamic) channel and swimming pool. Goal of Work To determine whether the same swimming speed affects the heart-rate and blood lactate in exactly the same way, in both the aerodynamic channel and in the swimming pool. To check the velocity of water flowing in a streamlined channel. Method Data collection (blood lactate, values of heart-rate, speed of swimming) will be done first in the swimming pool and then in the streamlined channel, the so-called FLUM. Probands will swim progressively faster in swimming sections of equal length. To obtain lactate levels, the invasive method will be used. Cardiac frequency will be obtained from heart-rate monitors, which each proband will have mounted on the body throughout testing. To verify the speed of flowing water, measuring equipment (propellers) borrowed from the Czech Agricultural University Prague, will be used. Results The work provides information on whether there is a difference in values or internal performance when comparing the speed in swimming pools with the speed in a streamlined channel. If so, the researcher will create a formula to convert the swimming speed in the aerodynamic channel to the speed level in a swimming pool. To create a formula that would...
