The subject of thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation in the firm and proposals to its improvement" is an analysis of the performance of ABC Company, Ltd., through financial analysis. Based on the collected information and data analysis I'm presenting the following proposals to improve the current financial situation of the corporation including the analysis of contribution of such improvements to the company.

Master’s thesis describes analysis of the financial situation company Brewery Černá Hora Inc. within the years 2003 – 2007 through the chosen indicators of the financial analysis. It diagnose strong and weak sides of the company and propose possible measures, which will lead to improvement of the financial situation for this company in the future.

The diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of foreign trade between the Czech Republic and Angola during the period from 2002 to the present. I achieved it through data and information acquired from Czech and Angolan institutions concerned with similar issues. The master`s thesis contains theoretical, analytical and proposal part. Object of my theoretical part is financial analysis description and methods and also financing forms of the company. In analytical part I am applying theoretical knowledge to the particular company. Thesis conclusion points on possibilities of the company situation improvement and future development.

This master´s thesis concerns with evaluation of financial situation of the company by means of financial analysis of its accounts and tries to propose alteration in capital structure of the company. The practical part is focused on development of economic indicators and predicts its trend for future. Also, the competitive status is evaluated. In the final part there are suggestions for improvement of company situation.

Its purpose is to provide recommendations for improving management analyzed the company. In the thesis are used methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part describes some methods of financial analysis, particularly elementary methods. The practical part of the methods I use for the treatment of Unistav financial analysis, and evaluation and management of state companies.
