The aim of this Master's Thesis called The Nature Trail of Selected Manors of Prague 5 in Terms of the Regional History Learning Programme for Upper Secondary School Students is the creation of the historical study with the didactic overlap primarily focused on the regional history knowledge in case of the upper-secondary school students. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The former is interested in the description, comparison and introdcution of the particular homesteads. It also covers their development in the area of Prague 5 in its historical and cultural context. The latter, practical, part deals with the didactic aim to make the upper- secondary school students become familiar with the historical, social and culturally historical aspects of people's life in the given area, taking into account their mutual context. The didactic focus is given on the knowledge of the region with the respect to the educational area A Man and Society. This part also includes the draft of the worksheets intended to the upper-secondary school students in accordance with the outcomes required by Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education. In the novice hill Beskydy foothills and the plane Ostrava landscape huddle village Rychaltice. This residence is a part of Hukvaldy. It´s here the important connnection with the "landscape of Leoš Janáček." Poetry and Mysticism by this Czech composer was able to catch in his symphonies, are already very slightly visible. The surviving fragments of the original buildings, cottages, farmsteads and barns talking about agricultural tradition of the area. Despite the high activity of collective agriculture and the building tendencies of the past and today, can be found a small piece of land for traditional cultivation. Remains of the old building – a barn that was in II. World War II bomb blast halved in two peaces. Four stone pillars of the original structure were built in cottage. Extant fragment barn belongs, is today on the neighbor's property.The project look into cider house, family house and other. , following the survivors of the barn. The task of the work is to achieve a compact, self-sufficiency and friendliness agricultural area to the surrounding landscape. Homestead should be not only the farmer dwelling, but also a place for hiking, cycling, horse riding. Location in Podbeskydí, near the castle Hukvaldy and good transport links to the main roads, it is the perfect place. The project has however also bring something more - support traditional livelihood and sensitive landscape management.

The main aim of my diploma thesis „The analysis of influence location and technical condition on the market value of the original farmstead“ is to judge how much are different location and technical condition projected to the unit price selected realities. Next task had to find the differences between valution the family houses and valution the original farmstead. The analytical part contains process for identificate price of the cost´s and comparative method by valid valuation regulation no. 151/1997 Sb. including lands which are formed one functional unit. It also found estimate of market value by direkt comaparison´s method based on database of bid prices of comparable objels. In this thesis are choosen five realities, free of these are defined as originál farmstead and two remaining are family houses. In the last part is carried comparison of unit price at single methods and comparison identificate price addicted on location and technical condition.

My diploma work purpose is to frame and describe the development of some monuments of rural architecture in region {\clqq}Podšumaví``. In the first chapter I briefly open the main topic of the work. More detailed description of typical features of rural buildings is presented in next part, concentrated on specific area - the South Bohemia. In this range I aimed the focus especially on mikroregion {\clqq}Volyňsko`` and {\clqq}Vlachobřezsko``. Jakub Bursa, the bricklayer´s master, worked in this area in the second third of the 19th century and influenced on the final figure of local architecture. The principles of the bricklayer´s guild {--} J. Bursa was a member of it {--} are mentioned in the third chapter. Tha last and main part of this diploma work is presented by the state protected collection of rural architecture in the village {\clqq}Zechovice``. In this place we can understand the development of particular buildings in various moments of its history up to now (it depends on the fact, if the period documents are reachable). I also think about the possible, but not proved authorship of J. Bursa´s work in the case of some mentioned buildings. At the end of this part I remind the consequences of the state protection of buildings in the village.

The master's thesis is divided into two parts. The term „property“ and also terms dealing with segment of the vacation properties are defined in the theoretical part. Then there are defined different types of prices and valuation. This part also deals with the fact, that affect the selling price. Price maps and their importace at present are discussed in the last chapter. The practical part deals with procedure of creation of the price map, whose byproduct is creation a form for the estimation of the usual price. The region is defined here, including charakteristics of individual location, followed by a description of the property market in the region and analysis of the data base for creating price maps. The price map in text and graphic vision and the form are output. Estimation of the selling price of the property is generated after filling the form. The applicability of the form is verified by determination of the selling price of farm house in Slatina nad Zdobnicí. This property is also being valued according to price regulation in parallel. The practical part is completed by comparing of both achieved prices.
