Potrava doprovodných druhů ryb ve vodárenské nádrži

Limnological and hydrobiological parameters were compared with food composition for three fish species (bream, roach, perch) in a meso-eutrophic reservoir (Czech Republic). Fish were sampled using a 100 m beach seine, a fry seine and gillnets at both the lower and upper ends of the reservoir in 2011 and 2012. Food composition was evaluated using gravimetric methods. 0+ bream (36-48 mm standard length) diet consisted of zooplankton only; while in 3-4+ bream (146-186 mm), detritus and aquatic vegetation dominated. In summer, diet of 6-9+ (210-315 mm) bream from beach seines consisted mainly of aquatic vegetation and mainly of detritus when caught in gillnets. Benthic macroinvertebrates and zooplankton were minor dietary components throughout the season. For all roach age groups studied, zooplankton were a negligible food item. Detritus was dominant in 0+ (36-52 mm) and 1+ (72-110 mm) fish. Detritus, periphyton and macrophyte fragments were dominant in 3-4+ (73-163 mm) and 6-8+ (150-266 mm) fish, with benthic macroinvertebrates taken rarely. Zooplankton was dominant in 0+ (16-86 mm) and 1+ (52-81 mm) perch diet. In summer and autumn, cyprinid and perch fry dominated in adult 5-7+ (112-300 mm) fish, while detritus dominated in spring. Benthic macroinvertebrates were recedent. The food intake of bream and roach could be explained the shallowness of the reservoir banks, the rich littoral zone being used for spawning, hiding and for food periphyton. Adult perch play an important role in fish stock management, consuming fish fry that otherwise consumes zooplankton, which subsequently affects phytoplankton levels and water quality.

The objective of the present dissertation thesis was to compare the effect of soil fertilisation and foliar application with various mineral magnesium fertilisers (ESTA Kieserit - 25 % MgO, 20 % S; Epso Combitop - 13 % MgO, 13.6 % S, 4 % Mn and 1 % Zn; Epso Top -16 % MgO and 13 % S) on a number of parameters of two vine varieties (Müller Thurgau and Ryzlink vlašský) during a three-year period (2010-2011-2012). The experiments were conducted at the school farm in Žabčice (maize-growing region; ca 25 km south of Brno) and comprised the following 7 treatments: 1) unfertilised control; 2) autumn application of ESTA Kieserit; 3) autumn application of ESTA Kieserit + 5x foliar application with Epso Combitop; 4) spring application of ESTA Kieserit; 5) spring application of ESTA Kieserit + 5x foliar application with Epso Combitop; 6) 5x foliar application with Epso Combitop; 7) 5x foliar application with Epso Top. Soil and foliar applications of magnesium fertilisers had a positive effect particularly on grape yields; most of the parameters were significantly influenced by the year and variety.

The thesis deals with seniors' diet in selected social services facilities of the Kralovehradecky region. The main aim of this project is to establish what kind of diet from a quantitative and qualitative point of view is served to the clients of these social services facilities. This was accomplished by collecting and subsequently analyzing in the lab all meals served daily for the duration of 7 days. Furthermore, there was an evaluation of the variety of food conducted. This evaluation was accomplished by observing the menu for a period of one month. Points were awarded only for non-repetitive foods and meals. The evaluation was based on the dietary diversity coefficient. This Diploma project also deals with clients' actual consumption of the served food in social services facilities. There was a client survey conducted, namely, the Mini Nutritional Assessment short form. This was done along with recording the clients' physical activity. Presented diploma thesis is focused on production of secondary metabolites under influence of external factors.in cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.). Theoretival part contains phylogenetical, morphological and botanical characterization of the given species. The part is further expanded by description of major cannabis constituents and their biosynthetic pathways. In the end of the chapter, methods for elicitation are described. Main goal of the experimental part was to compare influence of vaious fertilizers and product containing coloid silver on morphological characteristics and selected secondary metabolites content. Highest yield was observed within plants fertilized by Powder Feeding. Highest THC content was observed in plants fertilized by Jungle in da Box. Variation of height, yield and secondary metabolites within experimental population was observed, however was not statistically conclusive. Influence of Altron Silver was not statistically proven.

Vliv foliární výživy u révy vinné - přípravek Fertileader Elite

This thesis deals with the influence of foliar nutrition in grapevine with a particular focus on Fertileader Elite. The vineyard in the cadastre of the village of Mackovice was chosen for the establishment of the experiment. The preparation was applied on 18.7. 2018. The comparison of the two variants was based on uvological and analytical values. From the view of uvology, we found the weight of the grapes, the weight of one berry, the weight of the grapes from one bush and the total yield. The analytical values were mainly represented by sugar content, titratable acid content and assimilable nitrogen. The results were compared and then evaluated. In the nutritional variant, the yield increased significantly by up to 53.63%. The sugar content measurement was also based on the nutritional variant, with the sugar content higher by 9.72% than the control variant. On the other hand, titratable acids decreased by 8.36% in the nutrient variant. Thus there was an increase in yield and sugar content, but also a decrease in the titratable acid content. The difference between the nutrient variant and the control variant in the assimilable nitrogen content was not significant. The 2018 was very warm and dry in terms of yield and sugar content above average, the trial was heavily influenced by the year and conducted only once, it would be appropriate to try again in more consecutive years.

The research was implement on an experiment in the school vineyard of Mendel University, Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. There is a suitable advice to the various rootstocks in a conclusion.

The aim of this diploma theses was the determination of digestibility of nutrients af-ter the addition of yeast (lyophilized Saccharomyces cerevisiae) into the horse feed. The objective was determining the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre, N-free matter, raw ash, and energy of daily ration with or without supplement of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to diets for horses. Nine horses were involved into the experiment. According to the valid rules for bal-ance experiment for horses during three balance period. From laboratory analysis daily ration and feeces we are determination digestibility of nutrients, dry matter 71,25 ± 4,86 %, coefficient digestibility of crude protein 85,47 % ± 3,32 %, coefficient of digestibili-ty of crude fat 69,89 % ± 6,51 %, coefficient digestibility of crude fibre 33,32 % ± 9,71 %, coefficient digestibility of N-free matter 79,84 % ± 4,05 % and coefficient digestibi-lity of energy 74,58 % ± 3,81 %. The supplementation of yeasts into diets for horses does not influence on the intake and digestibility organic matter and the energy.

Výživové zvyklosti u vysokoškolských studentů

This diploma thesis examines the eating habits of college students. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the chemical composition of foods, including the metabolism of the basic nutrients and the methods for the determination of the nutritional status. It also describes methods for detecting nutritional status of individuals. Last but not least, it provides an overview of the gene-ral dietary recommendations regarding the healthy diet. The practical part consists of evaluation of a questionnaire containing 31 questi-ons. The questionnaire was attended by 300 students of Mendel University in Brno. The results were graphically and statistically processed and evaluated. The results show that students are trying to eat on the principles of healthy nutrition and general recommen-dations on healthy lifestyle.
