Hanzelková, Eliška January 2014 (has links)
Interpretive trails are an interactive form of education for public. Every region has already built few interpretive trails. They are projected to describe to visitors the beauty of the nature in which they are situated and also to give the possibility of getting new information. Interpretive trails are used as a way of presentating local history, culture, narural conditions and other interests. The length and number of these trails are different according to the type of the trail and its topic. The construction of interpretive trails has its own basic rules which must be created. The basic element is the option of the correct length of the trail, determination of information which is to be shown at selected information panels.Nevertheless, the projection of the panels is of great importance as well.An indisponsable part of each trail should be an adequate number of resting places, litter bins, benches, tables and shelters. The educational purpose of these trails is in nature protection awareness, completing of knowledge acquired at school. These matter can point on the negative influence of human kind on nature. This thesis deals with educational survey of the trail in particular areas. The chosen area is Radhost peak where turistic centre Pustevny is to be found. It is here where this interpretive trail in question can be found as well. Pravda a význam: dialektika teorie a praxe / Truth and Meaning: The Dialectics of Theory and Practice

Koreň, Ladislav January 2011 (has links)
Tarski's semantic conception of truth is arguably the most influential - certainly, most discussed - modern conception of truth. It has provoked many different interpretations and reactions, some thinkers celebrating it for successfully explicating the notion of truth, whereas others have argued that it is no good as a philosophical account of truth. The aim of the thesis is to offer a systematic and critical investigation of its nature and significance, based on the thorough explanation of its conceptual, technical as well as historical underpinnings. The methodological strategy adopted in the thesis reflects the author's belief that in order to evaluate the import of Tarski's conception we need to understand what logical, mathematical and philosophical aspects it has, what role they play in his project of theoretical semantics, which of them hang in together, and which should be kept separate. Chapter 2 therefore starts with a detailed exposition of the conceptual and historical background of Tarski's semantic conception of truth and his method of truth definition for formalized languages, situating it within his project of theoretical semantics, and Chapter 3 explains the formal machinery of Tarski's truth definitions for increasingly more complex languages. Chapters 4-7 form the core of the...

Vlivy dobrovolnictví na profesní uplatnění / The influence that has volunteering on professional apply

KUČEROVÁ, Lucie January 2010 (has links)
In my thesis, I focused on the effects of volunteering on professional employment chances of graduates. The theoretical part is devoted to volunteering, its kinds, and its importance to the personal development of volunteers. The other half of the theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to jobs and their comparison with volunteering. My objective was to find out whether employers prefer, when selecting their employees, graduates who have experience and skills from volunteering, and how this experience is viewed by employers in the non-profit sector as compared with employers outside the sector. I used the method of questioning, the technique of questionnaires, and controlled interviews. The results were elaborated in graphical form with absolute figures and tables using the chi square statistical test. The results of this thesis have confirmed my initial hypotheses, namely that employers prefer graduates with experience from volunteering and that the experience from volunteering of graduates is evaluated as an important element in recruitment, especially by non-profit sector employers. A following step to improve understanding of volunteering by employers would be, I my opinion, to suggest changes to legislation that would help organizations make better use of volunteer assistance. I would like to suggest to volunteers themselves to record better their volunteering activities so that they can use such materials as an attachment to their CV{\crq}s when applying for a job.
