The main goal of the thesis was to compare a potential of rural tourism at two villages in Jindřichohradecko, one is located in a protected landscape area and the other is outside of this region. This task is intended to show the potential, which is affected by different conditions in protections of nature. The theoretical part of this work is not only focused on the rural tourism through a literature review, its forms, evaluation of its potential and benefits as well but also negatives of its development. The practical part assesses the potential of Jindřichohradecko for activities of the rural tourism and particularly analyzes in detail the situation in a village Pístina (lying in the PLA) and Zahrádky by using a descriptive case study, which is situated outside of the area with an enhanced protection of the nature. The thesis includes a questionnaire survey, whose results present an opinion of citizens of the villages on the rural tourism in their villages.

The aim of this diploma work was, on the basis of the performed analysis and the field investigation, to characterize the tourist trade developement in the rural microregion "Association of the villages bellow the mountain" and subsequently work up several suggestions, which would use the microregion priorities, so as that they would correspond bestly to wishes, requirements and needs of the selected groups of visitors. In Choustník region the rural tourism is only at its beginnings. At the end of the diploma work, it can be stated, that from the point of attendance, the above mentioned microregion pertains rather to substandard. The results of this state can be seen in the inconvenient infra-structure of the tourist trade, which in the negative way influences the attendance and also the average stay length of the tourist in microregion, further in the insufficient and badly co-ordinated publicity of the sights in the tourist trade market and in the inadequate offer of the thematicly directed tourist trade products.

This diploma thesis focuses on the history and the presence of the schools in Dobronín, small village. The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze the circumstances, the absence of the students, and the classes. It is a historical-comparative thesis. For all the needed information, I used the literature (both in electronic and book form), especially chronicles and school reports available at the school Dobronín and in District Archive in Jihlava. The diploma thesis focuses on the period 1882 - nowadays, and besides, contains the history of the time when just one small school with one class was allowed for the Czech children. Currently, there is an elementary school in Dobronín. Individual schooling in the focused burgher school is above expectations in comparison with other villages. Surprisingly, they have zero unexcused absence for the past few years. However, the historical resources shows that even though the students are present in the school, the teaching may be interrupted by both planned and unexpected events. I describe a rural tourism in Soběslav and Veselí region in this diploma work. A reason why I chose this subject matter of the diploma work was an understanding and analysis of present rural tourism in these regions. I think that this form of tourism is not preferred and developed in this destination. But this destination has good conditions for a developing of the rural tourism, which is popular between tourists. I made the analysis of the rural tourism and itś developing in this work. I tried to uncover itś problems and perspectives. A goal of this work was a presenting of these regions as a popular destination of many czech and foreign tourists. I have an opinion that suggestions in this work can give advice to businessmen in the rural tourism, how they can attract touristś attention and which places are the most interesting. Other goal of this work was suggesting of effectual steps, which help to improve promotion of the rural tourism in these regions.

The diploma work is aimed at analysis of travel trade services, provided in accomodation facilities in the country area. In the theoretical part, the term country travel trade in the Czech context is defined and discused. Development, contemporary trends and area differences in the capacity of accomodation and boarding facilities are described and discussed in the analytical part. The importance of these facilities for the regional development, including local action groups is described either. Services, presently offered, are evaluated in terms of quantity and quality; the method of mystery shopping has been used for this evaluation. Evaluated facilities are mutualy compared. Additionally, SWOT analysis and situation analysis have ben used in this work. The analysis of the data showed an ideal conditions for the development of country travel trade in the South Bohemian region of the Czech republic. The study has been situated in two districts - Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice. 50 facilities have been visited. In the majority of them, I have found lower standarts of provided services, compared to the demand.

The goal of this thesis is to analyse current situation of ecological safe forms of tourism in Tachov region. In first part there is created roster of this forms of tourism in Tachov region. Based off the questionnaire is made an inquiry about satisfaction of tourist or local inhabitants with current offer of ecotourism in this destination, specifically it is about hiking, cyklotourism, in-line skating, cross country skiing, water tourism a rural tourism. In the end of the work is evaluated this inquiry and afterwards there are suggested alternatives to make Tachov region as destination of ecotourism more attractive.

This thesis examines the tourism in the rural space, which can be divided into variety of categories and forms. The main aim of the thesis is above all a detailed analysis of the situation in the municipality Purkarec as a concrete part of the region České Budějovice. Moreover this thesis specifies sights and opions of local inhabitants, businessmen and experts on local tourism. To analysing the tourism in the municipality Purkarec is used the method of the decriptive case study. Data collection and information gethering about the situation in rural space of the municipality Purkarec took a place trough combinations of methods of the qualitative and quantitavie research. On the basis of the field research was discovered attitudes and opinions of particular interviewed categories. The tourism in the area of Purkarec is at the moment rising up which nevertheless doesn?t affect negatively the environment.

The work deals with a historical development of small (rural) schools at the area of the Czech Republic since the time of late Middle Ages to the present. The study is restricted to particulary small and rural schools in the district of Benešov, but it also shows some practical observations from other parts of the Czech Republic and abroad. The first part of the work is devoted to the history of rural schools since 14th century to the present. The main dividing lines and reforms in this area have been pointed out. The second part is focused on a current conception of curricular reform and its influence on small rural schools. The third part of the work is focused on the area of school marketing and on collaboration of schools. The closing summary brings the conception of small shools development. This conception results from the observations and findings of all three studied parts.
