This work deals with the Europeanization of party programs in new member states. Two parties are examined over the period of three consecutive elections. A detailed introduction to the research field of Europeanization is given. In the second part the Hypothesis are tested. As countries are Poland and Czech Republic chosen. For Poland the Platforma Obywatelska will be examined. The Czech party is the KDU - CSL. This work tries to prove that Europeanization is increasing over time, that different policy areas are Europeanized and European integration has gained more importance the longer the EU membership of the country is. "Role of the media in decision-making about charity to help the needy" This thesis deals with the role of media in decision-making of an individual relating to charitable activities in the Czech society. The theoretical part turns attention to both basic topics, ie, the media and charity. The part concerning the media tries to show the linkage and interaction of media, as means of communication, and society, as the object of their action and influence. It deals with means of communication and subsequent transformation of the society. The thesis does not forget to mention responsibility of the media and the related ethics of media. The part relating to the charity presents output data from realized research on the charity work in the Czech Republic, information on donations and on credibility of organizations providing assistance to the needy. Conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on cooperation of the media and charitable organizations in organizing the most significant charitable events. The practical part is devoted to the survey of public opinion itself through a questionnaire survey. Novotná, P. Influence of ISO 9001 certification on the company performance. Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. Thesis deals with the influence evaluation of the quality system implementation on increasing company efficiency. It focuses on the analysis of its current state, management of the quality system and its administration. Aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the impact of ISO 9001 quality certification on the company financial and non-financial performance and identification of areas and indicators in which certification impacts are most expressed. For the solution was used an analysis of internal environment according to the 7S method, company self-assessment according to ISO 9004 and the methodology based on the principles of the EFQM model. Main finding is the underestimated impact of quality system implementation on company performance due to non-compliance with all requirements and principles of interconnected standard. Companies meet requirements of the standard primarily for purpose of meeting conditions for recertification audits and for entering into a business agreement with customers.

Submitted diploma thesis deals with the influence of the adhesive base to quality of veneered furniture parts and follows the requirements of applicable standards for testing. The most frequently used materials in furniture were selected to verify the quality. As substrate samples were chosen 18 mm thick chipboards and as a decorative material were chosen beech veneers with a thickness of 0.6 mm. To test the suitability of adhesive compositions for veneering furniture components were selected adhesive mixtures based on condensation adhesives types (urea-formaldehyde and melamine-urea-formaldehyde adhesives) and dispersion (PVAc), and the resulting adhesive compositions were made from various types of adhesives in specified ratio (60 : 40, 75 : 25 and 85 : 15). The test samples were veneered with the same adhesive coating, which was 150 g/m2. Individual test samples were divided into groups according to the type of used adhesive, pressing temperature and pressing time. These test samples were tested after completion of the adhesive file, compression and conditioning. Quality of furniture parts was assessed in terms of physico-mechanical properties of the finished surface quality of furniture components after the completion of the surface treatment of the test samples with spraying by water-based and acrylate-polyurethane coating. The result of this thesis is the determination of depending of adhesives types to quality of veneered furniture parts. Another result is comparing of different finishes types to quality of veneered furniture parts.

This diploma thesis, "The knowledge of a selected group of teachers about nutrition and the influence of food on the human organism" aims to find out about the level of knowledge that the teachers of the lower secondary stage of primary schools and the corresponding years of grammar schools possess in the field of nutrition and its influence on the human organism. Nutrition is a necessary part of life and the knowledge of proper nutrition is essential for the correct function of the human organism, prevention of various diseases, etc.; nutrition in children is evidently even more important than in adults. Furthermore, nutrition helps to improve academic importance, which is why teachers should have at least some level of knowledge in this field. In the theoretical part I try to sum up the very basics of the individual areas of nutrition, including a recommended fluid intake, micronutrients and macronutrients, or the influence of nutrition on the human psyche. This diploma thesis deals with the impact of influencers on their users among the age group of 30-89 years old, describes the field of influencing and its associated areas. It explains the engagement of these influential people in influencer marketing, describes advertising, collaboration, persuasion and influencing within social media platforms. The most used social networks used by influencers (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) are presented as well, including the news that these networks have introduced over the last few years. The most powerful influencers in the Czech Republic are mentioned too, including their online and offline activities. Furthermore, the research types, which were used for this thesis, are theoretically defined and the used methodology is also described. The main parts of the diploma thesis are the summary results of the questionnaire survey of 120 respondents and in- depth interviews with 30 of them. This thesis focuses on the impact of negative political advertising on voters in the Czech Republic. Evaluation and perception of negative political advertising, information effect, impact on the assessment and perception of political subjects and impact on voter turnout are examined specifically. To test proposed hypothesis, data from a survey and from a time and content analysis of political ads in the selected daily newspaper are used.

In connection with the growing area of permanent grasslands in the Czech Republic, their productive and, above all, non-productive importance is at the forefront. In addition to forage production, meadow stands represent an important component of the environment in terms of biodiversity conservation. The aim of this diploma thesis was to monitor the influence of organic fertilization on land in the cadastral of Cekov and Kařez. Observations were carried out on unheated and organically fertilized localities in 2017. Higher botanical diversity showed unheated land, where the herbal component and clover predominated. There was a higher proportion of grass on the fertilized land. In terms of grassland quality, fertilized plots were best assessed. The data analyzed were statistically evaluated.

Activity of enzymes was investigated in the soils of Norway spruce forests in the Bohemian Forest. The aim of the study was the determintation of the impact of temperature and plants dominant in understorey on the activity of extracellular enzymes in the soils in the watershed of Plešné and Čertovo Lake. The measurement of enzymes activities was conducted using the fluorometric method with model substrates.

The Ph.D. thesis deals with one of the most important characteristics of hardened concrete; i.e. the modulus of elasticity. The thesis aims to describe and evaluate the important factors that affect the final value of concrete modulus of elasticity, especially those that can be influenced during construction. Another aim is to find ways to determine the static modulus of elasticity of concrete by non-destructive means (primarily ultrasonic pulse method, resonance method and use of electronic rebound hammers), thus to determine the possibility of creating calibration curve for NDT determination of the modulus of elasticity.
