Důsledky éry velkého bombardování pro chemickou a prebiotickou evoluci raného Marsu a Země / Consequences of heavy bombardment for chemical and prebiotic evolution on early Mars and Earth

Petera, Lukáš January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis refers to the results of laboratory research dedicated to the influence of extraterestrial matter impacts onto a possible prebiotic synthesis on early Mars. The influence of understanding of early Mars chemistry for proceeding studies of terrestrian chemical habitus evolution and origin of life is discussed, as well as certain advantages to be made of this research within exoplanetary science. The prebiotic synthesis scenario purposed connects the hypothesis comprising a key role of extraplanetary bodies impacts played in the chemical evolution of an early Earth-like planet to the important processes studied within chemical evolution of life. Asteroid impacts are simulated by laser sparks, while post-impact thermochemical processes are mimetized in the laboratory by a controlled termolysis of certain key species in presence of meteorites, iron-rich clays and several other minerals and rocks presumably present in real impact craters. This particular field of research carried is likely to have an interesting application within current and future investigations of the Gale crater. Impactor mineraly is described on a particular example of a rare Porangaba meteorite, which, thanks to this research, has recently been addressed as a member of unique (comprising 32 bodies) family tree...

Supravodivost ve čtvrtém skupenství / Superconductivity in the fourth state of matter

Mádrová, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
This master thesis is focused on description and research of electromagnetic waves in plasma state. Some simple cases of no-loss mode distribution of electromagnetic waves in plasma are known, for example around the coaxial cable. In other words, the properties of superconducting state in materials are shown. This view of plasma properties can significantly help to clarify observed phenomena in experimental plasma research or to outline new trends in plasma usage in this mode. The introduction and the theoretical parts describe the known theory related to the propagation of electromagnetic waves in a non-homogeneous or anisotropic environment, in the next parts of the thesis the mathematical model of the solved problem of wave propagation in plasma is mentioned and the design and realization of the experiment is followed. The model includes processing of Maxwell's reduced equations in Haeviside notation for the state of matter referred to as plasma, the design of a model for numerical modeling and analysis, and the design of a simple experiment to verify numerically analyzed results.

Úpravy pilových řetězů a jejich vliv na hygienické parametry motorové pily z hlediska úrovně hluku

Janíček, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the treatment of saw chains and their impact on the health parameters of chainsaw in terms of noise levels .It verifies the impact of construction of the chain type on noise level at the operator. Four types of saw chains were used for this measurement, namely chisel and semi-chisel teeth chains and PowerSharp chain. In the terms of occupational exposure limits according to government regulations about health protection, nosie and it's harmful effect on workers. The thesis describes possible medical complications and occupational diseases caused by excessive exposure to extremely loud sound. Using literature and electronical sources, marking of attenuation of noise on hearing protective equipment is described, from which the most used are shown. One of the chapters is devoted to the basic facts about physical nature of the sound waves. Except of description of three chain samples, this work also contains a noise measuring report with the ÚLDT measuring device. The problem of measuring the level of noise was solved by obtaining information from the literature and electronic sources. Conditions of this thesis were fulfilled with the help of my supervisor , who provided conslultations and czech government standards from which I could draw information.

Výskyt extrémních teplot a jejich vliv na výnosové parametry zeleniny v ČR / The incidence of extreme temperatures and their effect on yield parameters of vegetables in the Czech Republic

Švorcová, Petra January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is focused to the occurrence of extreme temperatures in the Czech Republic and monitors their effect on the yield of vegetables. The aim is to prepare a review of literature on the impact of extreme weather conditions on yield and quality of selected vegetables. The thesis is focused on the cultivation of vegetables grown for fruit, namely tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum). Besides meteorological effect they are also taken into consideration environmental conditions, crop rotation, effect of diseases and pests. It is also briefly described growing vegetables, history and specific characteristics of tomato. The research was carried out on areas of the Elbe and the South Moravian vegetable growing region, they are in the Czech Republic for the cultivation of tomato in terms of temperature and favorable natural conditions perfect. For this study, yield data from 1977 to 2015 for the Czech Republic and Central Bohemia has been used. The relationship between yield of tomato and extreme meteorological indices was investigated. It was prepared by descriptive statistics and trend equations yields of tomatoes in the period, together with variations that are designed after pentads and it was created correlation coefficient with range of favorability or unfavourableness individual indices at different growing seasons phonological phases of tomato to its yield. According to the classification of the correlation coefficient is seen that due to the number of dry days of July were both observed area yields were reduced by 41%. It follows that not only extreme temperatures but also reduce rainfall adversely affect tomato yields. As results, we can mentioned that the proceeds of tomatoes are largely influenced not only by the high temperatures and the subsequent drought, as well as heavy rainfall and floods. Based on the results of this study can be confirmed that the extreme temperatures occurring in our vegetable growing region have on the yield of tomatoes adverse effect.

The Affected Flesh / The Affected Flesh

Mendoza, Valerio January 2013 (has links)
Along the first decade of the 21st century, Romanian Cinema has achieved an elite status with the emerge of the so-called Romanian New Wave or New Romanian Cinema. This dissertation, aims to explore a little bit beyond the obvious aesthetics and dramatic features that have conferred awards and prestige to this film movement.Through three of its emblematic films, the use and representation of the human body will be analyzed as a powerful and effective storytelling tool, capable of rendering a coherent socio-political discourse at the same time it harmonically engages with a depurate visual style. The New Romanian Cinema deals with themes like identity and structures of power, and this thesis seeks to expose how those concepts are articulated through an specific depicting of the corporality -and its affections- of the main characters, highlighting the way directors use their craft in consonance with such representation instances

Vliv komunistického režimu na vývoj československého filmu v padesátých a šedesátých letech 20. století / The influence of the communist regime on the process of Czechoslovak film in the fifties and sixties of the 20th century

Mutl, Lukáš January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis discusses the process of Czechoslovak cinema in the fifties and sixties of the 20th century in the communist régime and under the Soviet influence. Labour analysis one of the most exciting period of Czechoslovak history in which alternated years of heavy dictation with years of social and cultural release. The first part focuses on the issue of nationalization of the film in the early fifties. The second part deals with the circumstances of the beginning of the brightest period of Czechoslovak cinema, new wave. The third part describes consequences that August 1968 and subsequent standardization had for local filmmakers. Throughout the work are surveyed facts commented by former protagonists of the time, Antonin Jaroslav Liehmem and Jiri Menzel, who gave interviews for the purposes of this study, the full text of these interviews are also included at the end. The goal is to find answers to questions about how much the Czechoslovak cinema was influenced by the Soviet Union, than if nationalization of cinematography had only negative or even some positive consequences, whether the emergence of a new wave was just an accidental phenomenon or if it was the inevitable answer to the former policy and whether it could be possible to the new wave arise in today's conditions.

DYNAMICKÁ ANALÝZA ZÁKLADOVÉ KONSTRUKCE V INTERAKCI S PODZÁKLADÍM / DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE SOIL-FOUNDATION INTERACTION

Martinásek, Josef Unknown Date (has links)
Thesis deals with problems of the soil-structure interaction. In the theoretical part is described the approach to mathematical modeling of structure-foundation-soil interaction. The subsoil models are further described in detail, including the models with piles (both static and dynamics models). In the next chapter there is described the dynamics theory of the systems with single or more degrees of freedom. There is also an analysis of propagation, reflection and refraction of mechanical one-dimensional waves (P-wave, S-wave) and spatial waves (P- wave, SV-wave, SH-wave) and waves in homogeneous half-space (R-wave L-wave). The numerical analysis is logically sorted from hand calculation of the parameter change influence on the modal characteristics to complex computational FEM model of the machine with a foundation on piles placed in the spatial block of soil. Numerical studies aim to determine the influence of the subsoil model on the modal characteristics and thus confirm the absolute necessity of the subsoil model in tasks of dynamics. The next goal is to determine the appropriate key parameters of the computational model: the size of finite element, suitable shape of subsoil model, suitable inclination of boundary condition and suitable boundary conditions. For creating of set of computational models was used language APDL in conjunction with ANSYS software interface. All used input files are listed in the Annex.
