Ekofyziologický význam houbových symbióz kořenů středomořských trav / Ecophysiological significance of root-fungus symbioses in Mediterranean seagrassesBorovec, Ondřej January 2015 (has links)
Seagrasses are the only group of submerged plants that are permanently growing in marine environment. They play an important role in the sea bottom ecosystem. Seagrasses are primary producers capable of accumulation and deposition of carbon. They influence water flow at the sea bottom and form symbioses with variety of organisms. Our knowledge of symbiotic interactions of seagrasses is still limited even though several studies of the topic have been carried out in recent years. Unlike most of terrestrial plants, seagrasses are generally considered as plants that do not form any specific associations with mycorrhizal or endophytic fungi. Surprisingly, we have discovered a novel fungal endophytic association in roots of Mediterranean endemic seagrass species Posidonia oceanica (L.) Delile. Morphology of this symbiotic fungi strongly resembles common symbiotic fungi of terrestrial plants, dark septate endophytes (DSE). We sampled roots of P. oceanica in large area of the Mediterranean from southeastern Spain to Albania and described range and taxonomical classification of the endophyte using microscopy, in vitro cultivation and molecular determination. Roots of P. oceanica in whole area of study are colonized by mere two endophytic fungal species. Over 90 % of the fungal symbionts belong to a single...

Vztah mezi vybranými specifickými a obecnými ukazateli silových schopností závodníků ve vodním slalomu v kategorii C1 / Relationship between selected specific and general indicators of strenght in white water slalom competitors in C1 men categoryŘíha, Martin January 2018 (has links)
Title: Relationship between selected specific and general indicators of strength in water slalom competitors in category C1 Objectives: The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between the maximum strength tests at the gym and the explosive force test when paddling on flat water. Another aim of the thesis was to compare the measurement with results in selection races to Czech national team 2018. Methods: The test battery for general force tests included the bench press test, the attachment on the bench, the one arm attachment on the bench and the one arm pull up on the bar. To test the explosive force on a flat water we used a three-axis piezoelectric load cell 9137. Dewesoft Sirirus and Dewesoft, Dewetron, were used to diagnose the course of force. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the measurements. The degree of dependence was determined by the correlation coefficient value. Results: A strong dependence rate (r = ≥ 0.7) was demonstrated in the water test and the one arm attachment on the bench. There was no evidence of a strong degree of dependence on bench - press exercises (r = 0,63), the attachment on the bench (r = 0,58)and the one arm pull up on the bar (r = 0,04). The paddlers who achieved the best results in specific and general strength...

Zaniklé malé vodní nádrže v Krkonoších: co by přinesla jejich obnova? / Small water reservoirs in the Krkonoše Mountains: What would their regeneration bring?Šádková, Eva January 2020 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of influence of small water reservoirs on the extreme runoff events (floods and drought) in the upper Úpa River basin. It summarizes knowledge about both hydrological extremes and their manifestations in the basin of interest as well as about small water reservoirs in the sense of water retention measures and their possible importance during the periods of low flows or floods. In this thesis two localities of possible reservoirs at place of former splash dams in Obří důl and on the Lysečinský Brook were chosen. To assess the influence of small water reservoirs on runoff during two chosen flood events and two periods of drought, the hydrological model HEC-HMS was applied. The results of model simulation proved a positive influence of reservoirs on the reduction of flood peaks (except for a concurrence of transformed flood waves in the outlet that occurred during one flood event), but the effect was decreasing with the increasing catchment area and the intensity of precipitation and with smaller storage capacity of a reservoir. During the low flows, a positive influence of reservoirs was observed as well, relating to the release of stored water. However, the ability of a reservoir to reduce deficit volume and to balance the flow was decreasing with smaller...

Kulty vodních božstev v kontextu vztahu státu a lokálních božstev za dynastie Nguyễn / Cults of Water Deities in the Context of State and Local Deities' Relationship Under the Nguyễn DynastyNováková, Barbora January 2020 (has links)
The topic of this work is water deities under the Nguyễn dynasty (1802-1945) in the context of state's relationship with local deities. Vietnamese rulers were striving to integrate locally worshipped deities into the state cultic system throughout Vietnamese history, and these efforts climaxed under the Nguyễn, the last Vietnamese dynasty, whose state cult stemmed from older Vietnamese tradition of the Confucian repertoire. Based on study of primary sources this work addresses the relationship of state power and local deities in 19th century. This relationship was differentiated, dynamic and full of compromises, despite the proclaimed state's power over local deities. Focusing on water deities and trying to classify them the state power's tendency to penetrate remote parts of the realm as well as its lowest administrative levels through official recognition of local deities is apparent. Within this process local water deities were transformed from ambivalent nature deities into quasihistorical heroes embodying state promoted Confucian values. These tendencies are apparent in the case of specific water deities, brothers Trương Hống and Trương Hát, worshipped in Bắc Ninh province in the north Vietnam. Key words water deities, religion, Vietnam, religious policy, Confucianism, Nguyễn dynasty

Vyvlastnění pro účely výstavby dopravní, vodní a energetické infrastruktury / Expropriation for the purposes of construction of transport, water and energy infrastructureSharapaev, Vladimir January 2019 (has links)
Expropriation for the purposes of construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure Résumé This thesis deals with expropriation under the regime of Act No. 416/2009 Coll. on accelerating the construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure and electronic communications infrastructure (Act on Acceleration of Construction). The thesis provides an analysis of selected provisions of this Act, evaluates the possibilities of interpretation of questionable provisions and proposes possibilities of de lege ferenda optimisation of the existing legislation. The thesis also responds to the recent amendment to the Act on Acceleration of Construction implemented by Act No. 169/2018 Coll. and analyses the potential impacts of the new legislation on the procedural position of the parties to the proceedings as well as the conformity of the selected provisions of the amendment with the constitutional order. In the first chapter, the reader is acquainted with the notion of expropriation, with the content of this term, the relevant legal regulation and the substantive conditions of expropriation. The following second chapter contains a brief description of the Act on Accelerating Construction and its contextualisation in the terms of historical and political circumstances of its adoption. The third chapter...

Geofyzikální průzkum poddolovaného území v Lukavici u Chrudimi / Geophysical survey of undermined area in Lukavice near ChrudimSlavíčková, Michaela January 2010 (has links)
Lukavice village is located in Eastern Bohemia and it is known for its historical pyrite mining. The first mention of mining comes from the beginning of 17th century. The mines were abandoned in 1892 due to a significant depletion of the upper parts of the deposit and also because of the competition of cheaper pyrite from abroad. Old mine workings were often backfilled incompletely and their exact location is unknown. The occurrence of empty mine workings under the roads in the village centre could cause a collapse of the ground under the weight of heavy trucks which carry through Lukavice village aggregate from the nearby quarry. The aim of geophysics was to determine the thickness of dump material (seismics), subsidence monitoring in the village centre (repeated levelling) and the principal aim was to locate old mine galleries and shafts (gravity survey). Gravity measurements did not prove the presence of empty mine workings under the main road at the village centre. Most pronounced negative Bouguer anomaly, which occurs in the vicinity of Bartolomějská jáma schaft, may be caused by higher degree of alteration of underlying porphyroids. According to historical maps and photos we determined approximate location of the former water pit Vilemina. For the determination of the exact position of the...

Taxonomická revize rodu Anisus v České republice (Mollusca: Planorbidae) / Taxonomic revision of the genera Anisus in the Czech Republic (Mollusca: Planorbidae)Zavoral, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this work is to critically review the anatomical and morphological characters being currently used in the determination of Central European species of the genus Anisus and to confront them with molecular characters. For the molecular analysis mitochondrial genes for 16S rRNA and cytochrome c oxidase - subunit I (COI) were used. DNA analysis showed that known species occuring in the Czech Republic form well distinguishable genetic lines. Subsequent revisions of the anatomical characters of these lines have proven that these characters are due to their variability not suitable for determination, especially for the differentiating of the species A. spirorbis and A. leucostoma. The conchological characters have proven more suitable, especially the ratio of the size of the last and penultimate whorl. With the help of this character, we can safely determine a population within which there are transitional forms in other morphological and anatomical characters.

Modelování množství sněhové pokrývky v malých povodích / Snow water content modelling in small catchmentsNěmečková, Klára January 2010 (has links)
Title: Snow water content modelling in small catchments This work deals with modeling of amount of snow cover, snow water equivalent, respectively, on an experimental catchment in the Jizerské hory Mts. Measuring and modelling of the snow cover is an important part of water management practice from the perspective of reservoir operation and flood management. The first part of this thesis describes physical-geographical characteristics of the Jizerské hory Mts.especially from the climatological and hydrological point of view but also other charakteristics and conditions that may affect the dynamic of snow accumulation and melting are described with detailed focus on the experimental catchment of Černá Desná river - Jezdecká. Two modelling approaches were applied to simulate snow water equivalent (SWE) based on observed precipitation and temperature. Beside the well knowen SNOW17 model a simple method based on heat index was developed in this work and its parameters were calibrated based on measured timeseries of daily average air temperature, daily precipitation and observed SWE for winter periods 2001 to 2009. Both methods provided reasonably accurate estimates of SWE over the tested period, however it was found that the results for winters with extreme conditions (very warm or very cold) are less...

Vodní režim rekultivovaných a nerekultivovaných výsypek / Water regime of reclaimed and nonreclaimed heapsCejpek, Jiří January 2011 (has links)
Summary: Great Podkrusnohorska spoil heaps in the Sokolov region in Western Bohemia is the largest spoil heaps in the Czech Republic, which was pour million tonnes of overburden soil surface mining of brown coal. The thesis is setting on the basic characteristics of the water regime and water balance of spoil heap soil and thus follows a series of previous works dealing with the comparative development of the reclaimed and unreclaimed area. The areas are long-term monitoring of soil moisture using a dielectric soil moisture meter total water regime was monitored by subsurface with gravitation lyzimeter, runoff and throughfall rainfall. Older unreclaimed plots as well as reclaimed plots have higher porosity, water field capacity and moistre than young sites, however there are limited by water deficiency in similatr way as young sites due to increase in wilting point. Keywords: Spoil heaps, Recultivation, Soil humidity, Water supply, Water balance

Průzkum a hodnocení ekologického stavu vodních toků při zohlednění evropských standardů. Aplikace v modelovém povodí Rolavy. / Ecological survey and assessment of streams within European Standards. Application in the Rolava River basin.Beranová, Zuzana January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with implementation of Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) in the Czech Republic. The study area was the Rolava River basin in the Ore Mountains (northwest of Bohemia). The ecological status assessment was applied to both - the main stream and relevant tributaries. Available hydrobiological and hydrochemical data enhanced with the field hydromorphological survey using the Hydroecological monitoring (HEM, Langhammer, 2007) were applied in this thesis. Results of the field survey were compared with two ecomorphological methods: LAWA-FS (LAWA, 2000) and EcoRivHab (Matoušková, 2003, 2007). As a final result, it was found out the water body on upper course of the Rolava River achieved good ecological status. Water body on lower course of the Rolava River and of the tributary the Nejdecký Brook were classified as not achieving good ecological status. The Rolava catchment has very specific conditions and huge potential to achieve the good status in the future.
