The theoretical part of this Diploma Thesis covers the subject matter of the 5th grade primary level pupils. This subject matter is further on divided into several chapters with some standard exercises included. The practical part contains an exercise book which is addressed to 5th grade primary level pupils. This part basically shows some mathematical exercises to which are pupils exposed when sitting for an entrance exam at grammar school. As for the next part of this Diploma Thesis there is the research which deals with testing some of those mathematical exercises in practice.

The thesis is focused on the design of the northern bypass of the villages Želechovice nad Dřevnicí and Lipa. The reason for the study is excessive traffic intensity and with that associated noise intensity. The objective of study is drop of traffic in villages and faster and smoother passage of transit traffic continued toward the road I/49. Seven direction solutions were designed of which one was chosen for further solution. This solution was designed in two variants.

This master's thesis is concerned with international contracts for construction of industrial works. The aim of this work is to present to its readers the international aspects of this business transaction and to analyze the legal regime of international contracts for construction of industrial works from the perspective of the Czech law applicable on such contracts. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the use of standard conditions of contracts and their role in overcoming the differences between laws of different states. International construction contracting was chosen as a subject of this thesis because it belongs among vividly developing areas of international business. The master´s thesis focuses on design interchange on R46 highway. The purpose of this thesis is to design optimal solution of transport capacity and safety. The another part of the thesis is solution of connecting on roads II/433 and III/37766. This solution is part of bypass plan, by city plan of Prostějov.

Final thesis deals with relocation of road I/34, specifically bypass Pelhřimov west. The crossing with roads I/19 and I/112 is solved by interchange roundabout in nothern part of bypass. Reason of construction is unification road I/34, which is a part of the international route E551, to category S11,5/70. The principal tasks was to keep it in the land use plan and the effort to maximize the alignment of volumes of earthworks.

The first part of this thesis informs about the Bible in general, its origin, division, language and translations. Translations into the Czech language are looked at in greater detail as well as various adaptions that are at disposal of Czech high school teachers. One of the chapters discusses biblical phrases and shows the way they have infiltrated Czech culture. There follows an analysis of three individual school educational programs, each of which addresses the Bible differently, works with it in a different grade and in different areas. This dissertation deals with how the subject matter of performance under a contract for work is defined and issues related to formulating the rights and obligations ensuing therefrom. At the same time, it seeks common legal sources existing across national laws which provide definitions thereof. It attempts to find a common definition of contracts for work and how they differ from other similar contracts. It further defines some common basic features and problems related to contracts for work which apply in international trade or in cases where parties decide to formulate their contract by reference to international contract conditions. In that context, it primarily refers to construction contracts as the most common type of contract for work in international trade. At the same time, it focuses on the possible consequences of a breach of contract and emphasizes some parties' claims ensuing therefrom.
