Povědomí o biodynamickém způsobu hospodaření a míra jeho uplatnění v ČR

This diploma thesis deals with biodynamic agriculture in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part concerns the definition of organic and biodynamic farming, including the identification of their mutual differences, and also describes the development of biodynamics in the global and domestic context, including the analysis of the current state. The experimental part is made up of several outputs. The first is the characteristic of a selected biodynamic farm which includes a mapping of opinions about the farm activities among the locals. The second is the analysis of information from biodynamic farmers or otherwise interested parties about their experience and opinions on the given issue. The final output is the evaluation of the information obtained through the survey detecting the awareness about biodynamic farming among selected target groups.

Využití kompetencí divadelního dramaturga v praxi učitele na Waldorfském lyceu / Using the qualification of a literary manager in the teaching practice at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum

This diploma thesis deals with the ways of using the qualifications of a literary manager in the field of pedagogy and didactics, specifically while teaching at a secondary school called Waldorfské lyceum. In the first part the author deals with the characteristics of the two careers – as a literary manager and as a teacher, and defines the set of qualities that are necessary for these professions. Later he compares these two professions and seeks intersections and parallels between them and the parts they take in a theater environment and in a school environment respectively. In the next part he introduces the Waldorf education and its specifics with regards to the performing arts incorporated into the lessons, and analyses the drama poetics of Rudolf Steiner including his approach towards the manner of speech and the art of eurythmy. In the crucial third part of this thesis the author is describing his experiences as a teacher at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum and looks into individual areas of his activities – projects of literary, performing, artistic and cultural character, particularly in relation to utilizing the qualitifations of a literary manager, obtained during the studies of Dramaturgy for Dramatic Theater on The Theater Academy of Performing Arts.

Komparace vyučování českého jazyka na tradiční a alternativní střední škole / Comparison of teaching Czech language at a traditional and an alternative upper-secondary school

The thesis compares methods and forms of Czech language teaching at secondary grammar school and Waldorf lycée. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of traditional and alternative education, whereas the second part focuses on their practical implementation as methods and forms of work. The observed lessons are analysed and the results of traditional and alternative approach are contrasted by a test. The aim is to ascertain whether the alternative school implements its principles into methods and forms of language teaching and whether they are more effective than the traditional ones. The thesis concludes that the alternative school implements only a few aspects of alternative education resulting in more active and engaged pupils. The work deals with education technology in the specific environment of Waldorf school with an emphasis on pedagogical traits of this school type. The theoretical part includes the explanation of the term {\clq}qeducational technology``, the brief characteristics of alternative schooling, its rise and development. The main accent is put on the Waldorf pedagogy, its recourses, contents, aims, specifics and history in the Czech Republic and Waldorf education worldwide. The practical part includes records from inspections of Waldorf classes and then a comparison of theory and praxis. Then this work compares a social climate of the Waldorf class and the class with a classical way of education by questionnaires to find out objective positives of Waldorf education.

The thesis deals with the history and the present of waldorf schools founded by Rudolf Steiner. Also describes media literacy with an emphasis on new media. It covers the way how the new media education is embedded in the Czech educational system. As a particular example served curriculum of the school subject Information and communication technology of the waldorf secondary school in Prague. The thesis also describes the way of media education in Germany. In the second part of this thesis can be found an evaluation of the questionnaire made in secondary waldorf schools in Prague and Semily which had to learn the status quo of (new) media literacy of the students and their relationship with modern technologies. The end of the thesis deals with the suggestion of improvement of the tuition based on the German model.

This thesis deals with the system of schools in Waldorf and the education of Waldorf kindergarten teachers in the Czech republic. The theoretical part is focused on the personality of Rudolf Steiner and his philosophy, followed by the formation and spread of Waldorf-type schools in the Czech republic. Next, it is focused on the Association of Waldorf schools and the Association of Waldofrn kindergartens, which support the education of Waldorf teachers. An element of the theoretical part is also an analysis of the education of teachers for Waldorf kindergartens. The goal of the practical part is to determine the continuity of each individual grade of education of Waldorf schools in the Czech Republic, and a focus on research, whose goal is to find out the continuity of the individual grades of education of Waldorf schools in the Czech Republic.The next part is dedicated to an analysis of the 'School educational programs' of selected Waldorf kindergartens and their comparison thereafter. The central aim of my thesis is to compare the objectives of the concept of Waldorf education since the foundation of the education until the present time. At the beginning the thesis deals with Rudolf Steiner, who founded thiseducational system almost one hundred years ago. Here its aim is to represent the basic ideas of Steiner, which later served as a basis of Waldorf education and became popular worldwide. Development of Waldorf schools worldwide, especially in the Czech Republic, is another part of the thesis. Furthermore, I compare the aims of Waldorf educational concept at the beginning and today. I describe changes that have occurred mainly in the Czech Republic, but I could not omit changes abroad. In my thesis I try to capture the positives and negatives of Waldorf schools compared to traditional schools.
