Oyama, Paulo Takashi 27 June 2008 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2017-07-10T19:24:31Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 Paulo Takashi Oyama.pdf: 1180607 bytes, checksum: 074f38189849e2992a8ebe1bb7d53df4 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2008-06-27 / This project evaluated the performance of a motor pump connected to two photovoltaic panels in order to determinate the outflow equations in relation to the solar irradiance on the photovoltaic panels. All data were collected between September 15th, 2007 and February 1st, 2008. For each lift height, it was verified: year, julian day, hour, panels temperature, motor pump voltage, panels voltage, solar irradiance at the panels plane, irradiance at the horizontal plane, motor pump outflow and pressure on the transducer. The outflow equations were obtained as a result of the solar irradiance on the photovoltaic panels plane for water lifts with heights between 2,2 and 18,2 meters, the equation varies according to the irradiance and the height of the lift and the efficiency equation of the water lift system in relation to the water height. The results pointed that for a water pumping system constituted by two photovoltaic modules and a motor pump used in this experiment, the outflow equation in relation to the solar irradiance and lift height, allows, with a margin of error of 17%, to calculate the water outflow, knowing the data of the average solar irradiance in the period and the needed height of the water lift, the efficiency of the water pumping system improved linearly according to the increase of the manometric height of the water lift.

Scholz, Markus 28 November 2004 (has links) (PDF)
The present paper is based on mathematical aspects of the capillary surface problem. It is divided into two parts. In the first part we consider the classical capillary surface problem, for which smooth solutions exist. These solutions are unbounded if the domain of definition contains cusps. We prove a large variety of asymptotic formulas. The second part is concerned with generalized solutions of the general capillary problem, for which there is not always a smooth solution. We prove existence of generalized solutions under very weak preconditions. We can construct some generalized solutions for zero-gravity and constant wetting-behaviour explicitly. These solutions have a very restricted geometry and could be of interest for the understanding of water lift in trees.

Centrum vodního lyžování Soběslav / Center of water skiing Soběslav

Veselý, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.
