Design dodávkového automobilu. / Design of delivery van.

Kubík, Petr January 2009 (has links)
The diploma work is aimed at a complex design of a delivery van of the near future. The need for a delivery van to be used as a working tool is constantly evolving. This is namely caused by the expansion of on-line shops & the need to save on running cost of a business. The delivery van is especially designed for use in city traffic. The innovation reveals a single person cabin with panoramatic view, ecological propulsion of the vehicle and the technical solution to the suspension of wheels which allow the turning of all 4 wheels to an angle ranging from -55° to +90°. As a result the vehicle has the ability to perpendicularly drive up to a pavement, fitting in a very narrow space. In addition, it can freely drive forward or backward in a sideway direction. The loading space of the delivery van and its floor is modified as such to allow for one man manipulation, making loading & unloading of goods a simpler task.

Virtuální model rezonančního adhezního testu závěsu kola dle EUSAMA / Virtual model of resonance adhesion test (EUSAMA)

Hortová, Petra January 2009 (has links)
Thesis deals with problems about areas of a non-assembling diagnostics namely resonant adhesive tester according to an EUSAMA methodology. Result of the methodology is a technical condition examination of dampers. However with regard to testing of whole suspension and damping vehicle system are results distorted by influence of testing conditons and another vehical components. Goal of thesis is analysis limits of practical use resonant adhesive tester for a quality checking of mount wheels damping. Problems are solved by a virtual simulation in a program Adams/View where is created a real model of vehical axle of Skoda Roomster TDI 1.4. In the model is consequently simulated possible functional characteristics and abrasions of single components which influence the methodology. Virtual model will be using for research activity of Institute of machine and industrial design Faculty of mechanical ingeneering Brno University of technology.

Zadní těhlice vozidla Formule Student / Formula Student Rear Wheel Carrier

Novák, Pavel January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to create a design rear upright for a racing Formula Student category car. It is necessary to propose a design group of the rear wheel assembly with the upright with all requirements related thereto, for example solutions camber settings. Everything is modeled using the CAD system. There is developed computational model which is placed in ballast states of strain and stress analysis by finite element method. There is also designed a suitable material for the production of the rear upright which is optimized. The conclusion deals with the inclusion of the proposed arrangement in the overall vehicle assembly and is concluded with evaluation and suitability of the proposed solution.

Hydropneumatic all-wheel suspensions: applications, challenges and special solutions

Bauer, Wolfgang 26 June 2020 (has links)
All-wheel suspensions are generally challenging, particularly if they are equipped with an automatic level control. In mobile machines, the special application conditions make their use even more demanding regarding layout and control. A high center of gravity, load variations, off-road-conditions etc. require special measures to reduce roll and pitch movements. Additionally the uneven ground along with the mechanical suspension setup often create a need to measure and optimize tyre-to-ground forces in order to provide best traction and suspension properties. Hydropneumatic suspensions have all the potential to meet all these requirements and provide a comfortable, safe and efficient suspension setup.

Konstrukční úprava náboje předního kola formulového vozu / Formula Front Wheel Carrier Design Modification

Lněnička, Martin January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the structural design of front wheel hub of Formula Student the car categories in the CAD system. It includes comparison to proposal design of the hubs, different concept of wheel-seat and wheel suspension of a formula cars and a motor-cars. There is described a few version of design front wheel carrier. The first step is proposed assembly wheel of Formula Student and the next step is realized analytic simulation a stress by FEM of the front wheel carrier and his construction modifications.

Konstrukční návrh vahadla odpružení vozidla / Engineering design of the vehicle suspension rocker

Poláček, Vojtěch January 2016 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with the design and stress analysis of the rocker suspension for an autocross car. The research describes some real cases of using suspension with pushrod and rocker in motorsport. Subsequently, the work deals with the design of the wheel bump/rebound limiting stops and bump/rebound measuring. The challenge is to design a component shape, size and select fit of a rocker with an emphasis on low weight whilst maintaining sufficient strength and rigidity. The design study include stress analysis which leads to optimize the final shape.

Přední nezávislá náprava pro autobus / Independent front axletree of the bus

Moravec, Jan January 2008 (has links)
In those diploma work was solved problems of independent trapezoidal axletree for low-floor bus - NB12 CITY firm SOR Libchavy s.r.o . Work was divided into two main features: solving wheel-suspension kinematics and strenght calculation sorted parts of wheel suspension by the help of finite element method. There was effected fatigue calculation sorted parts of wheel suspension according to „Resetova metoda“ of predicting fatigue damage flowing from so – called cutaway methodics of fatigue tests at the close of this work.

Návrh zavěšení kol Formule Student / Design of Formula Student Wheel Suspensions

Urban, Marek January 2020 (has links)
