Řízení pracovního výkonu a hodnocení pedagogických pracovníků v mateřské škole / Work performance management and evaluation of kindergarden pedagogical workers

The main target of this thesis is to describe and explore the process of performance management and evaluation of teachers in nursery school. The theoretical part looks into the basics of personal work, especially its core activities - the performance management and evaluation of work performance of employees. As a component of this theoretical part is the specifications of these personnel activities in schools and school facilities. When it was found in literature also in nursery schools. The analytical part is related to the research in an environment of nursery schools, its target was to analyze whether and how is the process of performance management implemented to teachers and how is set up a system of evaluation. The survey was chosen as an exploratory questionnaire method. For data collection were used two methods: Individual standardized interview and analysis of school documents. The study was finished with a short questionnaire survey of staff in the monitored school. The conclusion contains a summary and evaluation to the main target of this thesis. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the performance management of teachers in a school established in accordance with § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies the concept of human resource management and defines the individual personnel activities as a tool for human resource management. It highlights from personal activities the function of performance management and describes it using the literature. It specifies in detail the phases of the cycle of the performance management process. The theoretical part contains the description of the process of performance management of teaching staff, defines the identification of the specific conditions in a school established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act, which may have an impact on the monitored personal activities. The analytical part of the thesis provides the results of research in primary schools established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The survey was conducted using explorative method in questionnaire and the type of the case study. The relationship between personality traits and work performance of call centre agents

The general aim of the research is to determine the relationship between personality traits as measured by the Customer Contact Styles Questionnaire (CCSQ 7.2) and work performance as measured by means of internal company data sources, of call centre agents. Recent literature indicates a significant relationship between personality traits and work performance. The emphasis in this research is on the factor analytical or trait approach of personality. The sample consisted of 300 call centre agents. The relationship between personality traits and work performance is discussed in terms of descriptive statistics, correlations and multiple regression analyses. The results indicate a relationship between the personality traits of analytical thinking, detail consciousness, conscientiousness, structuredness and work performance as measured by the level of financial incentives for call centre agents. The thesis aims to analyse the content of the performance management of teachers at an elementary school. The theoretical part first defines basic terms of human resources and the latest concept of human resource management. Subsequently, the individual terms of the core area of performance management are introduced. A specification of the target organization concludes the theoretical part. The research section reveals the application of the individual components of performance management in a real environment of particular elementary schools. It was chosen the quantitative research for the research survey, particularly the technology questioning. It was used the method of semi-structured interviewing technique and the content analysis of school documents for consistency. The final section is devoted to a summary of results and the achievement of project objectives.
