Konstruktion och reglering av flygande plattform

Waldsjö, Jonathan January 2010 (has links)

This report describes the manufacture and control of a flying platform. The report describes the basic and fundamental theories required to get the platform flying. It touches on subjects such as A/D-conversion. PWM-control and PID-control. The sensors used in the platform are a gyro and an accelerometer. The platform is controlled from a ground station through a wireless link. The wireless link is an Xbee-module that implements the ZigBee-protocol. The microprocessor used is the Atmega 128 by Atmel.

An indirect complementary filter is used to get the angle of the platform. For the platform to be able to balance a more thourough analysis of the gyro is required. This sensor proved to be more difficult to handle than first anticipated. Every component except the gyro worked as expected. Every algorithm and method reported in this work have been implemented and tested in software.

ZigBee in Industry

Wettergren, Andreas January 2007 (has links)

/
This Bachelor of Science thesis has the primary objective to investigate whether or not the wireless technology ZigBee is suitable for industry usage. Inteligentní dům pro seniory / Intelligent house for elderly people

Piši, Daniel January 2010 (has links)
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem automatizace domácnosti umožňujícím ovládání domácích spotřebičů prostřednictvím běžné televize. Systém využívá standardu X10 a bezdrátové technologie ZigBee.

Frelich, Marek January 2013 (has links)
This project is dealing with a design of device for measuring and displaying of sports results. The project is divided into three parts - the design of control board for LED display, next the control unit and finally the remote control. LED display contains LED segments and graphical line for the text. The control unit and remote control are communicating with LED display, measuring devices or with a PC. It is possible to operate the whole system by tablet or a smartphone. There is a software made for all processors of all parts, which can demonstrate the function of the system and all added peripherals.

Mychko, Maksim January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with creating a library for the Android OS which enables efficient wireless communication with platform Arduino. The target is to create an application for Android OS, using a created library that allows you to capture data from various sensors and control effectors. The work describes basic wireless interfaces for Android OS and Arduino platform. The main benefits and drawbacks functions are also introduced. The comparison of current consumption for modules HM-10 and DIGI S1 has been carried out as well. Possibility of data acquisition and effector controlling exercises have been tested and verified.

Design and Development of a Hardware Test Platform for Multi-Agent Control Algorithms Testing and Validation

Tanveer, Sarmad 01 November 2021 (has links)
Multi-robot networks are used in a variety of military and civilian applications such as harbour protection, perimeter surveillance, search & rescue missions and cooperative estimation, among others. In order to develop functional multi-robot networks to achieve these tasks, a combination of theoretical and experimental work is required. Theoretical research aims to model the open and closed loop dynamics of multi-robot systems and to develop corresponding control algorithms for tackling the previously mentioned tasks. Experimental work focuses on the hardware or simulated implementations to test and evaluate the algorithms’ performance, and eventually inform refinements of theoretical algorithms to adapt to hardware imposed intrinsic constraints. As theoretical and algorithmic research in the field of multi-robot networks matures, a need for experimental validation of a variety of sophisticated algorithmic tools becomes apparent, with the two aspects co-developing to inform theoretical refinements that account for hardware induced constraints, and possible technological advances suggested by theoretical predictions. This thesis contributes a design for a hardware test platform for evaluating and implementing algorithms in the field of multi-robot networks. The test platform design implements an off the market robot solution for the robotic agents, discussing various additional embedded frameworks that allow for capabilities such as indoor agent localization, inter-agent wireless communication and agent locomotion, with the goal of understanding if a combination of existing market and academic technologies can be used to develop a cost effective hardware multi-agent test platform. The proposed hardware design is then validated on previously developed multiagent area coverage control and optimization algorithms. More specifically, the hardware test platform is used to implement various optimal coverage problems with time invariant risk density distributions. Both uniform and nonuniform risk density distribution scenarios are considered. These experimental results are compared with simulations to assess if the proposed hardware test platform design can plausibly reproduce behaviours that are consistent with theoretical predictions of area coverage control algorithms. Future work will include the extension of the testing capabilities of this test platform to a larger class of multi-agent control algorithms.
