Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi exportního financování poskytovanými komerčními bankami - od dodavatelského úvěru po projektové financování. Dále je zde zachycena státní podpora exportu s důrazem na instituce na podporu exportu v České republice - EGAP a ČEB. Část práce je zaměřena na Konsensus OECD, mezinárodní finanční instituce a jejich role při financování vývozu investičních celků. Závěrem je popsán proces získání pojištění u EGAP, které vyžadují komerční banky při financování vývozu do rizikových teritorií.

My dissertation is focused on description of characteristics which are connected with competences. The main aim of my work has been to set up the manager competences. After the analysis among the students of Faculty of Management we found which competences were obtained during our studies and which ones we had already had when we came to faculty. In my theoretical part I described the manager as a personality including all his competences, their development and the methods of developing. Practical part deals with analysis among the students of Faculty of Management, evaluation and presentation of the results in the form of the charts and graphs.

X-ray computed tomography is a nondestructive method for 3D imaging of inner structure of objects; it is, however, restricted by absorption properties of materials. With phase contrast imaging, observation of samples with low absorption or with parts with similar absorption becomes possible. For a long time, phase contrast imaging has been restricted to synchrotron radiation sources or special techniques due to requirement of spatial coherence of radiation. Along with recent development of X-ray micro and nanofocus tubes and X-ray detectors a phase contrast imaging becomes available also with laboratory sources. In this work an overview of phase contrast imaging methods is given, with an emphassis on propagation based method. Examples of this method and application of phase retrieval algorithm on samples from RIGAKU Nano3DX and GE phoenix v|tome|x L240 stations within Laboratory of X-ray micro and nanotomography CEITEC BUT are shown.

The aim of the thesis, whose title is "Analysis of selected building societies and their products and terms of building savings loan", is to enable the general public in particular (clients or potential clients) to obtain comprehensive information about building savings, its functioning and important features, and subsequently to gain knowledge of products offered by the selected building societies operating on the Czech market. Special attention of the application part of the thesis is paid to the conditions fulfilling of which is demanded by the building companies before a loan agreement is signed. Thus the text of the thesis should give its readers knowledge of which obligations the particular building companies demand to be fulfilled before signing a loan agreement, and how these conditions differ in various building companies.

This thesis is focusing on design of business model for IT company acting in the domain of development and sales of information systems and related services. In the newly emerging business model there is an emphasis on differentiation from competition and to offer such conditions so the uncertainty of customer can be lowered, when the customer feels danger of obtaining inappropriate solution or unsatisfactory cooperation with a supplier. This business model aims to ensure obtaining of new customers.

This work focus at data and especially text mining from Web pages, an overview of programs for downloading the text and ways of their extraction. It also contains an overview of the most frequently used programs for extracting data from internet. The output of this thesis is a Java program that can download text from a selection of servers and save them into xml le.

Master's thesis comprehends informations about ways of financing nonprofit organization and about possible sources, that are available in fundraising. The aim of this diploma thesis is a creation of modal parameter estimation application. Modal properties (natural frequencies, damping factors and mode shapes) are used in many dynamics analysis and their accurate determination is very important therefore the modal parameter estimation is one of the most significant part of the experimental modal analysis. Many methods have been developed for modal parameter estimation, each of them with different assumptions and with different accuracy. In the beginning of this thesis, a theory connected with modal analysis and a theory which is necessary for understanding to presented modal parameter methods are given. Then four different modal parameter estimation methods are presented - Peak Picking, Circle Fit, Least Square method and Eigensystem Realization Algorithm. The application for the modal parameter estimation is the output of this diploma thesis. In addition, the application allows performing all experimental modal analysis such as estimation of frequency response functions, animation of the found mode shapes, different kinds of comparison etc. In the conclusion, three structures are shown on which the application and modal parameter estimation methods were tested.

This Diploma thesis, called "Comparison of patent law in the EU countries", deals with legislation of invention patents and their protection in selected countries such as Germany and the Czech Republic. Within Europe there is an attempt to harmonize the legislation in the field of intellectual property rights in all member countries and to create a unified legal system. A patent is the most important object in protection of industrial property. The secondary objective of this thesis is focused on the identification of the re-sponsible authorities and to determine the financial and time requirements for obtaining a patent. Next major objective is the evaluation of the use of the patent protection within the Czech and German universities, research organizations and private companies and then their transfer of technologies. The practical part contains the analysis of both selected countries from the per-spective of patent law, valid legislation, the responsible institutions and patent statistics for the last ten years. Additional chapter discusses the results of research and development in the university environment at three universities in the Czech Republic and Germany. The analysis is focused in particular on the procedure of obtaining a patent, then also the influence of the local authorities. The comparison of these two countries has revealed some certain similarities, but also striking differences between them. The Czech Republic is currently also slowly dis-covering the benefits of patent protection, but the results can be evaluated only after some time interval.
