The thesis deals with consumer protection in contracts concluded without a personal contact of the parties. The thesis is divided into two parts, literary research and the main body. The literature review focuses on the historical development of legislation regarding consumer protection and current legislation of consumer protection. We can also find basic contract information and contracting rules here. Furthermore, the literature research contains issues related to consumer contracts, contracts concluded in a distance manner, consumer organizations and GDPR. The main body deals with the comparison of consumer contracts and illustrative cases, which are conceived both from the legal and economic point of view. It is also devoted to analysis and primary research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey. In conclusion, we can find recommendations for consumers and entrepreneurs, who use such contracts.

This thesis deals with the rights and obligations of parties to consumer contracts, where on the one hand is the consumer and the entrepreneur on the other. The thesis focuses on consumer distance contracts. The rule of law is protecting the consumer as a weaker party, and so the legislation strengthens the consumer's position. This tendency is even more significant for distance contracts, given that the distance nature of contracting may further disadvantage consumers. The thesis is divided into three thematic sections, preceded by definitions of terms that are crucial to the chosen topic of the thesis. Selected aspects of consumer contracts Abstract: This thesis occupies selected aspects of consumer's contracts. It focuses on the phenomenon of commercial terms and conditions, their unilateral changes, the adhesion method of negotiating contracts and related customer protection against the abuse of standardization and simplification of the process of negotiation and conclusion of contract amendments. The second part focuses on the process of concluding a distance contract with a consumer and it discusses the different phases of the process of concluding agreements and the practice of deviation from standard procedures foreseen by law on a practical example of an e-shop. The aim is to evaluate the current legal situation and its development regarding to the transposed European directives and adumbrate the interpretation of certain provisions.

This thesis deals with a comparison of the market prices of Brno family houses. The compared prices are estimated using the comparative way based on the price regulations and using the comparative method. A new coefficient for the comparative method is proposed in the thesis. This coefficient takes into account the influence of the distance of the estimate property from the city centre in the connection with the position. One of the main reasons to introduce this coefficient was to obtain the best result when estimating the price, the result which is the closest to the required market price. The use of the coefficient of the global position may lead to better results of the price estimate, especially in bigger cities where this influence is revealed the most.

Nowadays, there is an increase of diseases caused by inactive way of life. This diploma thesis deals with the valuation of five family houses and the degree of influence of the construction type on the usual price of the family house. Valuation of houses, including the price of land in a single functional unit is made by using cost and comparison approach, according to the current pricing regulations and market valuation method (method of direct comparison). The final part of the diploma thesis compares the established prices of family houses and the prices of usual individual houses.

Introduction: The main topic of this diploma thesis was the nutrition of athletes compared to people with a sedentary lifestyle. Aim: The main goal of the thesis was the nutrition of athletes compared to people with a sedentary lifestyle using analyzing dietary regimen. Material and methods: We evaluated the dietary regimen of 40 women at the age of 20- 30 years old. Women were divided into the groups of non-athletes ("sedentary people") and women who exercise fitness sports ("fitness people"). Their average age was in the range of 25,3-26 years. Respondents filled out the form with their dietary regimen for three days using a 24-hod recall. Records where evaluated with using an extensive food database which was created at the Institute of Physical Education, First of Medicine, Charles University. Student's two-tailed unpaired mean t-test was used to compare the groups. We used the F-test to analysing a equation scattering before using t-test. Results: Group of fitness athletes consumed average 335 kcal less total energy (p = 0.008), 15.17 g more plant-based proteins (p = 0.031), 15.24 g less fats (p = 0.025) and 13.23 g less animal fat (p = 0.044). This thesis deals with the real content of legal acts and its evaluation, identification and demonstration by the tax administrator. The aim is to determine which legal institutes are used in the tax administrator's control. Also if it uses the institute of the real content of legal acts and if it uses the correct way according to analysis of Czech law. The first part sets out the legal act, the second part sets out the interpretation of legal acts. The forms of the minimalization of the tax liability is set out in the third part, the greatest emphasis is on tax avoidance and tax evasion. The last part analyzes the most important law cases where the tax administrator argued one of the institutes simulated legal act, dissimulated legal act, evasion of the law, law abuse or tax avoidance by another method.
