Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou a fungováním mediace v obchodních věcech jako jednou z metod alternativního řešení sporu. ? První část se zabývá technikou mediace jako takovou, odlišením od ostatních ADR a přístupem právníků. ? Druhá část se zabývá úpravou jiných států, kde je popsáno několik variant a systémů, jak může být mediace zapojena do právního systému daného státu. ? Nejdůležitější součástí diplomové práce je popis právní úpravy mediace v České republice a zamyšlení nad její budoucností. ? Ve čtvrté části jsou uvedeny a rozebrány některé konkrétní nebo modelové situace mediace na kterých je konkrétně ukázáno fungování mediace, výhody a vztah k soudnímu řízení.

Thesis covers problems related to the reporting of the inventories. Problematic areas are sold according to the effective Czech accounting legislation and based on the international accounting standards IFRS and US GAAP. Theoretical findings are compared with the accounting policies of the Czech production company. Attention is paid primarily on the influence of the estimation and the manner of the reporting of the inventories upon the financial statements.

Main goal of this thesis is to design module of communication for a small company specializing in development of complex software. There are communication problems in project management, that result in loss of important informations. I will present the theoretical principles of project communication and use them to identify main problems. Using this conclusions I will design a new internal system module and install it into organization, then i will summarize feedback received from employes. At the end of the thesis i will evaluate benefits for the organization.

The master thesis is focused on the bound sulfur dioxide, especially on its first dosage into the wine after the alcohol fermentation. The first part describes the properties of sulfur dioxide, its effects, bounds and dosing. Next it includes the theoretical background of sur-lie wine aging process in conjuction with the sulfur dioxide. The second part of the thesis was an experiment with the sulfur dioxide dosing into the wines right after the alcohol fermentation in comparison with sur-lie aged wines. The free sulfur dioxide was examined in the resulting wines. It was found out that sur-lie aged wines have a positive effect on redox potential and therefore on keeping higher free sulfur dioxide amounts which results in lower sulfiting dosages needed.

Until the second half of the 20th century, the Czech landscape was traditionally maintained by traditional farming and grazing that produced a heterogeneous mosaic of microhabitats. However, the abandonment of traditional farming caused the areas with early stages of succession to overgrow and become homogeneous, resulting in the serious loss of arthropod biodiversity. This traditional farming therefore needs to be replaced by an active conservation management method. This Master thesis studies the effect of conservation management on the arachnofauna of the steppe biotopes Pláně Nature Monument. Specifically, the influence of disturbance, mowing, prescribed burning, and non-intervention on abundance, species richness, occurrence of rare and endangered species and species and functional composition of spiders was investigated. Spider sampling was carried out using pitfall traps and sweeping during the whole season in 2017 and 2018. The treatments were applied on the patches (4 x 5 m) and replicated at three sites. A total of 154 species with 11,634 specimens including many rare and endangered spider species were captured. Management had no significant effect on the abundance and species richness of epigeic spiders. Herb-dwelling spiders had high abundance and high species richness in control and burned patches. Burned patches had high values of conservation indicators, where the significant proportion of xerothermic species and hunting guilds were represented. Intensive disturbance had rather a negative effect on the overall arachnofauna. Prescribed burning had positive results for most of the studied indicators. The results show that interventions performed on a small area can significantly support the valuable arachnofauna of steppe habitats. To support habitat heterogeneity and the diversity of organisms that depend on it, the interventions should be combined and performed in such a scale that would avoid extensive habitat disturbance.
