The aim of my thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current legal status of general meetings of the stock companies and procedures for their assembling from the perspective of legal theory and practice, focusing on the current decision-making process of courts within the Czech Republic. The method used for gathering all the information needed was the studying of the available sources, namely: published books and magazines, and published judgments of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic considering the given issue. The paper aims, in addition to a general description and unification of uncontested facts, to discuss issues and options for solutions conformimg with the laws of the Czech Republic. Simultaneously, the paper seeks to draw attention to the conclusions of the courts and the vocational community. The focus of the thesis is the definition of authorized meeting organizers and their responsibilities associated the role; followed by a systematic analysis of the covening of the General Assembly to define particular problems which might be encountered by the convener and shareholders may throughout the practice. The conclusion is devoted to European law and its impact on the law of the Czech Republic in the field of law of general meetings of joint stock companies.

The title of the thesis is forbidden means and ways of conducting armed conflicts. Obviously, this topic is too broad, so thesis is focused on the issue of chemical and biological weapons. These devices are among the weapons of mass destruction and undoubtedly pose one of the major dangers of the contemporary world. The overall goal of this work is to provide perspective on the issue of chemical and biological weapons from a historical perspective and particularly from a perspective of the international law. International legal documents are viewed in historical and political context. Through this analysis of international treaties, we can "effectively" consider their impacts and responses in a "real world". The first part of the thesis serves as a historical introduction with some interesting chapters from early history of chemical and biological weapons. The second part deals with the birth of these weapons in a new and modern form in the 19th century. Great attention is paid to the period of the World War I. The problem is approached from the perspective of academic field of Physical Education and Teaching for Kindergartens and it is analysed with view of sex and age of the candidates. The thesis also turns to the characteristics of individual swimming strokes and mistakes in swimming. Then there are trends in mobile applications with their progressions and possible ways to get data for application. Practical part is focused on choice of way of development of mobile Application. The aim of this master's thesis was to describe alternative dispute resolutions in the overall context of the right to judicial protection guaranteed by the judicial system. In the Czech Republic, there are several alternatives to legal proceedings; these are in particular: (1) arbitration, (2) mediation, and (3) conciliation by the Consumer Protection Act. The thesis then aimed to answer the question whether the existence of these different techniques of settling disputes extends the right to judicial protection of the parties - in a broader sense, whether there is an increase in application of their procedural rights - or vice versa. Arbitration represents an important part of this thesis. I first focus on procedural rights participants in arbitration are guaranteed. I conclude that participants can waive the right to judicial protection guaranteed by Art. 36 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms only under strict conditions, i.e. the expression of will must be unequivocal, informed (conscious) consent, free (voluntary, i.e. without coercion), unconditional; and only to a limited extend. The goal of the disertation is valuation of economic effectiveness of the project of building and operation of data centre (telehouse centre). The theoretical part contains basic principles and methods of risk analysis of investment project (break event point, sensitivity analysis), the description of preparation and realisation of investment project, planning of cash flow, determination of discount rate, the possible ways of finance of investment project, the methods of valuation of effectiveness investments. The practical part contains the analysis of telecommunication market, Porters model of competitive powers in the sphere of telecommunication firm, specification of the costs of the project, price statement of Serverhousing, the plan of costs, plan of profit and lost statement, the determination of net present value.

This thesis deals with strategic cost management of human capital. The theoretical part describes the essence of human capital. Subsequently, attention was focused on the possibility of using human capital in an enterprise and the ways of its measurement. In the practical part of the thesis were analysed payroll costs in a particular company. In the first part of the empirical research were described company, its structure and history, organizational and economic characteristics and selected financial indicators. In the next section were analysed costs incurred on human resources in this company. An important part of this chapter is a description of the deficiencies of the existing management of personnel costs. In conclusion of the practical part were presented some variants for optimizing the payroll cost system of the company.

This semestral thesis focuses on the circuit design of the repeater for PLC communication in order to achieve greater distance in communication. It can also serve as a bridge for a separate modem device power grid. In this work we discuss the involvement of individual assembly parts repeater and proposed method of connection.

This work deals with general drifts in the sphere of plasma cutting and with technological possibilities of plasma ray with intention on individual parameters of plasma designations. Here is described temporary state and direction of development of consumer parts, burners and sources for plasma cutting.
