The aim of practical part was find out wheter teachers feel the burden they perceive and which mental: hygienic methods they choose.

The diploma thesis is focused on the theme of guilt in the particular texts edited in the 1960s. The theme is followed with regard to the phenomena of holocaust, transfer of Sudeten Germans, collaboration and communist regime. The ties between actual and fictional world are among others considered with a view to refer to the unique character of totalitarian regimes. One of the aims is to find out parallels between the Nazi and the Communist regime and the interface of their ideologies in terms of analysis, comparison and interpretation of the texts. Simultaneously, the narrative discourse is considered within context of the influence it has got upon the interpretation of guilt. The guilt itself is surveyed with regard to the philosophy of existentialism which contributes to the specification of possible ways of defining the particular offences and their evaluation, and at the same time helps to open new ways of discussion about guilt and possibilities of staying innocent as the significant phenomena not only in the realm of the literature of the 1960s.

This dissertation provides a comprehensive account of diversions in the criminal proceedings, which constitute an important part of the modern criminal process. The introduction of the dissertation deals with the reasons for introducing of alternative ways of dealing with criminal matters into Czech criminal law and its current taxonomy. This is followed by a broad description of the development of the term "diversion" in the criminal proceedings and the current understanding of this term in Czech law (where is a plurality of opinion in this respect). In connection therewith, the author presents her opinion on the elements of a diversion, and subsequently questions, whether several instruments used in the criminal proceedings should be categorized as a diversion. The aforementioned is followed by a theoretical treatise on the international initiatives in the area of diversions in the criminal proceedings, after which the most significant milestones in the genesis of the various forms of diversion in Czech criminal proceedings are already mentioned; at the same time the constitutional and international limitations connected with these institutes are discussed. The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze realization of a Convention for the avoidance of double taxation between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Austria. The paper explains what the international double taxation is and describes the types and methods of its prevention. It describes difference between tax residents and tax nonresidents. Further it describes development of Conventions for the avoidance of double taxation between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Austria and compares the Convention No. 48/1979 and No. 31/2007 which were applied in mutual tax relations between both countries. The paper is mainly focused on the situation of Czech tax residents who receive incomes from employment in Austria and shows on practical examples how the situation developed from 2007 to present. It describes the complicated situation of taxpayers in 2008, when they first proceed according to a new Convention between both countries and explains the calculation of the "super-gross wage" when incomes are from employment abroad. The paper also describes the approach to Austrian taxation of interest payments and resolve procedure Czech taxpayers in these cases. Finally, this paper examines the attitudes of both countries to adhere to Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and describes the difficult situation of Czech taxpayers with incomes from Austria.

The thesis summarizes the legislation of reorganization as a method of bankruptcy resolution. First of all, the historical development of bankruptcy law in our country is described, as well as the current legislation, established primarily by the Insolvency Act and other regulations. The economic reasons for reorganization implementation are analyzed subsequently and the very principles of the reorganization process are thoroughly examined. Various methods of unliquidated bankruptcy resolution in selected countries are briefly covered in the next section of the paper. Conclusion of the thesis highlights the most relevant information about reorganization and points out problematic situations, which may occur in connection with it.

The Master thesis describes comprehensively attributes and operating of arbitration in the Czech Republic which has acquired significance recently. The work is divided into eight chapters. After exordium I make readers acquainted with alternative dispute resolution, e.g. mediation. The third chapter characterizes arbitration and describes history, sources of law, types of arbitration and capability of arbitrator in the Czech Republic. The fourth part deals with the arbitration agreements and their requirements. The fifth chapter is dedicated to its particular stages and revision, recognition and enforcement of the arbitral awards in order to provide the reader an complex overview of the the arbitration proceedings. In the sixth section, the author tries to define advantages and disadvantages of this method of solving disputes and to answer question why we should choose it. The seventh chapter adds a special current issues devoting an arbitration clause on consumer contracts. In the last chapter author concludes the topic and suggests improvements.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the possibilities of cargo container transportation between the EU and East Asia using different modes of transport, especially railways. In the theoretical part, the author presents possible ways of transport between the EU and East Asia, with an emphasis on the Trans-Siberian Railway. In thesis is also mentioned the issue of containerization. The practical part consists of specific examples showing the differences in usage of maritime or rail transport on the given route, especially in case of costs and transit time.

The submitted thesis deals with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly mediation activities. The aim of this thesis is to introduce mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution, that is still relatively neglected in the Czech Republic, through a summary of theoretical knowledge in terms of its practical operation. Particular attention is paid to the recent regulation relating to mediation in civil matters and certain essential institutes that are affected by the new Mediation Act. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter defines the general concept of ADR and outlines the different types of ADR. The next part of the thesis presents in detail the mediation, a mediator and requirements for the performance of this function. There is also clearly described the course of mediation process. The third chapter deals with the regulation of mediation in the EU, which is the starting point for each national system. The fourth chapter is devoted to the regulation of mediation in the Czech Republic. It describes the situation that prevailed during the period without comprehensive regulation of mediation in civil matters, the legislative process of preparation and adoption of the Mediation Act, newly enshrined institutes and there is also a definition of the obstacles that could hinder penetration of mediation into wider practice. Finally, there is a comparison of the situation in the Czech Republic with the application of mediation activities in the USA and in some EU countries.

Marketingová komunikace v bankovním sektoru / Marketing communications in the banking industry

The objective of this masters thesis is to analyze the marketing communications of a selected bank within the banking industry, in this case the Raiffeisenbank a.s. There were two methods applied in this analysis, the questionnaire survey and interview. The questionnaire survey serves the purpose of obtaining external information about the bank, while the interview serves as an internal source of information within the bank. The masters thesis is structure into a theoretical part with four subsections and practical part with five subsections. The first chapter characterizes the micro and macro environment in the banking industry. The second chapter focuses on the theory of marketing communications of services. The last section of the theoretical part evaluates the basis the marketing mix and last paragraphs of the theoretical further elaborate on the marketing mix of services. The first part of the practical section introduces the history of Raiffeisenbank all to way to the presence. Second part explains the marketing research of the current communications of Raiffeisenbank. Following section of the practical part expands on the SWOT analysis of selected factors, such as the goals of the marketing communications of Raiffeisenbank and the targeted audience of the marketing communications of Raiffeisenbank. Further chapters describe the methods of marketing communications as well as the perceived brand image and SWOT matrix. The last part of the thesis evaluates the hypothesis on the basis of applied methods of analysis and proposes a set of recommendations to improve the marketing communications of Raiffeisenbank.
