Thesis "Comparison of the prices of the house in various parts of the city Světlá in 2014 and 2015" deals with the valuation of the selectedhouse. Compared takes place at the usual price and the price determined in different years and by identifying differences in prices in those years. For the year 2014 the calculation methodology used by the Valuation Decree no. 441/2013 coll., and the 2015 Decree no. 441/2013 coll.,as amended by Decree no. 199/ 2014Sb., that previous changes. Valuation is made by a comparative market method and comparative method of valuation decree. In the work is also this house valued by the same methods, but placed in a different location. The result of the practical part is to define the factors that influence the price in terms of other location. Furthermore it is defined how the price influence the.The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts related to pricing. This work is focused on the research of possible types of machinery for crushing process, list of shredders available at domestic and foreign markets, selection of the principle of diminution of mineral resources, the choice of approach, suggestion of calculation of the chosen design, creating a 3D model and drawings, making the strength analysis for selected parts, risk analysis.

This diploma thesis deals with landscape as a way of seeing, its critique and its defense. The thesis will initially focus on the presentation of the critical concept of ways of seeing by English art critic and writer John Berger. On the basis of this, the thesis will move to the exploration of the critical concepts of landscape and landscape painting by British humanistic cultural geographer Denis E. Cosgrove and American visual theorist and philosopher W. J. T. Mitchell. Subsequently, it will also deal with the relationship of these concepts to the concept of landscape by English historian and art historian Simon Schama. Cosgrove and Mitchell both deal in a similar way with the critical reflection of the idea of landscape in terms of postmodern and postcolonial criticism. Both authors are influenced by Berger's concept and claim that our aesthetic perception of landscape is not a natural vision, but an acquired, historically created way of seeing. This way of seeing then raises a number of questions in relation to the traditional conception of landscape aesthetics and can lead to a rethinking of traditional concepts such as aesthetic attitude, psychical distance or the idea of disinterested pleasure. This diploma thesis, which has a descriptive and analytical feature, comprises a determination of emotional disorders with their various manifestations and symptoms. I also described social consequences of a neurotic child because they are neurotic children's crucial factor having significant consequences in the process of education. I also analysed the omitted topic of emotional intelligence, which has been studied in the field of science recently. The crucial part of the diploma thesis includes the analysis of a neurotic child motivation within the process of education and the adequate pedagogical and educational attitudes which involve specific treatments. Regarding the basic part of child's emotional life consists of upbringing within a particular family, it precedes not only the period of school education but also it forms its core and is a natural continuance of the prenatal period. European Schools are educational establishments in some European Union countries, providing the children of employees of the European institutions a multilingual and multicultural education in nursery, primary and secondary levels. Due to the multiculturalism, for the successful functioning and management of the system, it is necessary to find compromises. It is on a similar principle that the new curriculum of Early Education in European schools - Early Education Curriculum is based. The first part of my work is the presentation of the European Schools system (its history, principles, structure, functioning) and of the Early Education Curriculum. The aim of the next section is to compare this Curriculum and the Czech Framework Education Programme for Early Education, seeking for mutual inspiration and ideas in both systems. This is a theoretical and analytical comparison of the documents with a deeper focus on cooperation with parents, transition between nursery and primary school, and evaluation methods. This thesis is a biosystematic study focusing on the taxonomy and variability of selected taxa of the genus Sorbus, one of the most diverse and taxonomically complicated plant groups in Europe. Classical and modern biosystematic methods - comparative study, chromosome counting, analysis of nuclear microsatellite markers, flow cytometry, and traditional multivariate and outline morphometric analyses were used to assess the morphological, karyological and genetic variability of the genus. The final synthesis of these approaches led to the description of several new taxa (species, hybrids and a subgenus) and the correction of several taxonomic misinterpretations. To reveal ongoing evolutionary processes responsible for the generation of the observed variability, the reproductive modes of 42 Sorbus taxa were examined using flow-cytometric seed and pollen screens. Apart from revealing major trends, the study estimates the frequency of rare events and provides several novel conclusions that are relevant both specifically to Sorbus/Rosaceae and to apomixis in general.

This thesis deals with a topic of evaluation of pupils in the elementary schools. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of basic concepts of evaluation namely its functions, types, forms, values and current problems. It also describes evaluated activities in the school subjects Czech and English language and the ways of evaluation of these activities. For explorational probe of practical part of thesis was used a method of controlled conversations that explored different ways and forms of evaluation that are used by particular teachers of Czech and English language in the elementary schools. The goal of practical part was to explore the attitudes to evaluation of pupils in the elementary schools in the subjects of Czech and English language.

This diploma thesis discusses the criminal proceedings against legal persons. The main idea of this diploma thesis is to describe single juridical institute of criminal procedure which is specific for proceedings against legal persons. For better understanding is necessary to find and understate all the sources of law. The primary authorities which will be used in the criminal proceedings are above all Act of Criminal Procedure against Legal Persons, Rules of Criminal Procedure and also Constitution of the Czech Republic and Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. There are analyzed in this dissertation thesis the public services delivered on the municipal level. This issue is analyzed comprehensive at first. There are analyzed six services in detail after then. These are the six following services: waste, cemetery, greenery, communications, lighting and sewage. The text of this thesis is divided into two major units. The first chapter describes the theoretical background of the problem and the methodology for elaboration. The second chapter analyzes the problem of public services in terms of theoretical con-cepts, legal terms and authors own investigation. This chapter analyzes in detail six selected public services. It is completed draft measures for the municipal public ser-vices.
