The aim is to analyze the legislation means of resolving insolvency, creating a comprehensive business bankruptcies of the insolvency proceedings in bankruptcy reorganization on the basis of a practical example, including subsequent evaluation of the advantages and the low number of permitted reorganisation, and designing themes, de lege ferenda, namely guidelines, which would be appropriate to change the legislation.

The thesis is conceived in two parts. In the first part, the reader will find an outline of the interdisciplinary topic of the topic, but above all the key findings that K. Horney and M. Seligman developed as part of their psychotherapeutic practice with poorly adapted individuals. The second part is a case study of a long-term marijuana individual. The case study seeks to capture, besides the personal history of an individual, the characteristics of his current life situation and specific circles of his attitudes. The findings are then compared with the findings of the authors, with which the reader has the opportunity to get acquainted with the first part of the thesis.

Abstract Purpose of this thesis was composet at two goals. Purpose of the first goal was evaluate present condition of Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice, personal's knowledges about behavior in cause of extraordinary event with emphasis on evacuation. Next goal was evaluate the overal status of preparedness of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice for evacuation. The basis of the theoretical part is in applicable legal standards of Czech republic, next this part describe planning of evacuation, including software planning, using modeling programs. In this part are describe events, when the evacuation has been done in real. The purpose of the practical part was to evaluate goals, which has been subsequently established by research questions and hypotheses. The purpose of answering the first research question, was evaluated the survey. The questionnaire has had 37 question and had been divided into 5 parts. The survey was realized during February and March 2018 at 6 departments of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice. The return of questionnaires was 58 %. More detailed specifications are given in chapter 4. To confirm whether the refutation of hypothesis nr. 1 was key respondents' answers to the questions asked, whose accuracy was compared based on the set 80% success rate of the right answers. In order to confirm whether or not the hypothesis nr. 2 was refuted, the results were subsequently processed by the 2 test statistic method - test of good agreement, which should confirm, or refute dependence of individual departments on their responses. For confirmation or refutation hypothese nr. 3, was compared results of this theses survey and results of bachelour thesis results. After the examination of the second research question, a comparison of the hospital's internal documentation with valid legal norms was carried out. An interview with the crisis manager was carried out, which examined the issue of population protection in the hospital. Last part of this research the analysis of questions (5, 7, 8, 13, 21, 24 and 25) of the questionnaire (Appendix 1). The overall success rate of staff awareness is 61 %, according to results. The overall preparedness of the hospital to evacuation is very good. The results of diploma thesis will be used especially for the analysis of own prepeardeness of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Resumé AJ Bankrupt's estate is the cornerstone of bankruptcy proceedings, also known as insolvency proceedings, and serves as the initial point for this thesis. Without the knowledge of the scope of this term and its interconnection with other institutions it would not be possible to achieve one of the main aims of insolvency proceedings, the satisfaction of creditors' claims. The main focus of this work is realization of immovable property, i.e. the process of transformation of property included in the list of bankrupt's estate, during which the insolvency trustee must proceed in accordance with the instruction of the secured creditor. Ideally, security of the creditor shall be chosen from one of the methods in the enumerative list provided for by the Insolvency Act. The goal of the thesis is to define the process of realizing immovable property in a comprehensive manner, and to evaluate positives and negatives of the respective methods, including their practical aspects. This work is focused on the point of the secondary school youth attitude on the issue of the rational nutrition. Using the questionnaire investigation that is divided into several research areas I am trying to prove or disconfirm the existence of the mutual relationship between the branch of study and the preferences of healthy nutrition and healthy lifestyle for youth. My thesis deals with the question of a provable relationship in knowledge achieved in the field of healthy nutrition and healthy lifestyle and the branch of study. The main findings revealed the unsatisfactory knowledge in matters of healthy nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The family does not pay sufficient attention to rational nutrition and youth isn't very careful about a regular diet. Students very often don't have breakfast and they replace lunch mostly by cold snack of inadequate composition that is mostly bought in school canteens. Fruit, vegetables and dairy products are consumed by secondary school students in small amounts and irregularly. Only quite exceptionally they attend school dining-room to get warm and energetically efficient and biologically balanced lunch. My dissertation´s topic is termination of employment from employer´s side. It includes determination of possibilities and recommendations how to properly terminate employment with employer without any legal consequences in practice. The basic terms in relation to given topic such as employment, importance of employment contract, its requirements and participants of labor-law relations are defined and described in first part of dissertation. Next part deals with termination of employment methods and compares mutual differences. It also takes reasons leading to termination of employment by employer into account. Practical part of dissertation is aimed at the issue of termination of employment by employer in chosen company. The process evaluation of this termination is performed both from general and company´s point of view in dissertation´s next part. Assessment and evaluation of legal reasons for termination of employment is present in the last part, in which the actual problems of dismissing employees are solved with help of real court decisions.

This thesis with title "Aging Czech population as a problem of the future and the question of sustainability of social care for the elderly" aims to highlight this actual topic. The demographic prognoses predict a growing proporsion of seniors in population and it could imply much greater demand for social services in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss this question today. In my thesis, I use evaluation research methods to try answer if the current system is sustainable.

The aim of the this thesis is to map the compulsory lessons of children of younger school age in the Central Bohemian Region. It also focuses on the question of teaching the first method of swimming in individual swimming schools, on the teaching methods used, and as well on the education and length of practice of their teachers in these schools in the choosen region. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the history of swimming lessons, the legislation of swimming schools, the importance of swimming, the swimming methods taught in basic compulsory swimming lessons and the characteristics of children of younger school age. In the practical part, we should compare the level of individual swimming schools in the region in compulsory swimming lessons, as well as the components that can affect this lessons. At the same time, we should map the teaching of individual swimming methods and teaching methods in these swimming schools in the Central Bohemian Region. The subject of this thesis “Improvement in the system quality of toll’s withdrawal in The Czech Republic” is to look into the problems of toll’s electronic withdrawal. The First part of the thesis describes the taxation quotas on the basis of a microwave technology, relevant legislative, troll’s outcomes, and work of the Czech Customs Administration as a control body and contains an evaluation of the electronic troll system with its advantages and disadvantages. The Second part states theoretical solutions as the EU legislative, which states a traffic policy strategy and a tax withdrawal for using the roads. Further on, it analyses the options of the troll’s electronic withdrawal on the basis of a microwave and satellite system in particular countries. The Third part focuses on its own solutions, which aim is to increase the users’ comfort while using this system. The Fourth part focuses on the benefits of the ideas for solutions stated in the part Three.
