The thesis deals with the reconstruction of L410UVP-E20 for firefighting needs. There is also an activity of aerial fire fighting services in the Czech Republic. The thesis also addresses the use of modifications for patrol work and for transporting the wounded.

This eleborate study is aimed at analysis of complete methods machining. There are characterized particular methods and their effect on the surface´s quality of machined area in this study. Concluding part of the study includes practical demonstration of machining by using cemented carbide-tipped tool and polycrystalline diamond and evaluation of this demonstration.

Misgendering as a phenomenon is currently analyzed mainly from the perspective of gender studies, where it is generally considered a hostile and morally contestable practice. The aim of the presented work is the analysis of misgendering from a completely different position - misgendering as an issue of reference. This type of analysis brings novel insights both to the debates in the field of gender studies and to the debates concerning reference as such. As an interpretative framework I am using Récanati's account on mental files; I am using this conceptual base for evaluating whether given reference and/or coreference may be considered (un)successful. In this framework I examine several model situations, where misgendering takes place, and based on this inquiry I propose a two-level typology of the misgendering phenomenon. The first level takes place only at the perceptual level, where the speaker forms singular thoughts about an object she's perceiving. At the second level, which includes interpersonal reference, I distinguish between three types of misgendering - unintentional, considerate intentional, and hostile intentional misgendering. This dissertation provides a comprehensive account of diversions in the criminal proceedings, which constitute an important part of the modern criminal process. The introduction of the dissertation deals with the reasons for introducing of alternative ways of dealing with criminal matters into Czech criminal law and its current taxonomy. This is followed by a broad description of the development of the term "diversion" in the criminal proceedings and the current understanding of this term in Czech law (where is a plurality of opinion in this respect). In connection therewith, the author presents her opinion on the elements of a diversion, and subsequently questions, whether several instruments used in the criminal proceedings should be categorized as a diversion. The aforementioned is followed by a theoretical treatise on the international initiatives in the area of diversions in the criminal proceedings, after which the most significant milestones in the genesis of the various forms of diversion in Czech criminal proceedings are already mentioned; at the same time the constitutional and international limitations connected with these institutes are discussed. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how swimming training affects the development of selected coordination skills in children of younger school age. Selected motor tests were used for this finding. The study group was a group of girls and boys of younger school age. Testing was performed twice for each student. The first testing took place at the beginning of the school year at the beginning of the school training. The second testing took place after completing five swimming lessons. The theoretical part of the work is focused on swimming, motor skills, coordination skills and characteristics of younger school age. In the practical part there are processed, compared and evaluated the results of coordination tests. In the processing of results were used methods of testing, observation, statistical method of data processing, arithmetic averaging, mode and median methods. The summary results showed that swimming training has a positive effect on the coordination skills of children of younger school age, as an improvement was found in all tested individuals. The first part renders the theoretical introduction to the problems of career guidance and the next possible educational choice. There are clarified the important terms of the work, selected parts of career progression, characteristics of development stage of pubescent with respect to the next possible educational choice at the end of the primary school. Then we get acquainted with the basic principles of methodical approach and characteristics of systemic dialog. The empiric part brings particular casuistry which illustrates searching of harmony between personality of a pupil, background for exercise of a profession, chanciness, ignorance and deficient of maturity of pupils (their parents too) for the next career progression. We try to show the importance and benefit of the systemic approach and dialog just with guidance in casuistry and discussions. It tries to show a suitable systemic approach as a theoretical and philosophical framework of career counselor in the context of the consulting situation with children and their parents. This work shows that this approach helps that the counselor does not only submit a verdict but creates a place for thinking about possibilities. The thesis in its theoretical part deals with problem of a domain name and alternative dispute resolution definitions. The view on the domain name definition is described both in Czech legal order and the international context. Rules of registration and using domain names are defined not only by the state law but also and above all by private rules formed by generic and country code top level domain administrators. Analyses of these legal sources and theirs comparison is necessary presumption for legal discretion of further development. Missing legal definition causes many problems which are shown in the context of concrete court and administrative decisions in the Czech Republic. Especially important are relations between domain names and trade marks, trade names, right to protection of person and the law of unfair competition. For definition of an alternative dispute resolution a special method of Aristoteles' logical square was used and applied on conditions of disputes resolution. The object of interest in the second practical part of the thesis is a legal regulation of .eu domain names. After necessary definition of legal sources, especially on secondary law level of the European Community, follows in practical part analysis of decisions concerning .eu domain name disputes issued by alternative procedure provided by the Czech Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, in the year of 2007. Essential part of this analysis is formation of domain name "case law".

Práce zahrnuje informace z několika oblastí, které se navzájem ovlivňují a které jsou vymezeny zákony o podmínkách provozu na pozemních komunikacích, dani silniční, dani z přidané hodnoty, účetnictví a daních z příjmů. Práce se zabývá vozidly obecně a jejich tříděním, silniční daní, situací, kdy je automobil zařazen v obchodním majetku a automobilem v obchodním majetku nezařazeným.
