[pt] Esta pesquisa trata da trilogia Homem – Alimento – Ambiente analisada sob o prisma da relação existente entre o rural e o urbano. Tal relação é experimentada no convívio de produtores orgânicos provenientes da Agricultura Familiar e seu mercado consumidor nos centros urbanos. Neste trabalho, busco o entendimento de que a imposição de modelos únicos de produção e comercialização alimentar, amplamente difundidos após a Revolução Verde, pode e deve ser substituída por modelos locais, sustentáveis e particulares de manejo agrícola e comercialização. Neste sentido, desenvolvo uma pergunta que será o norte de toda a pesquisa: a produção orgânica, aliada à agricultura familiar e aos circuitos curtos de comercialização, pode se configurar como um novo paradigma à cadeia de produção e distribuição alimentar moderna? Sendo assim, meu objeto de pesquisa é a insurgência de novas formas de comercialização alimentar, pautadas em uma cadeia ética de produção e escoamento. Sendo assim, o Circuito Carioca de Feiras Orgânicas se configura como um exemplo deste modelo, indo justamente contra a atual lógica heteronômica de produção, distribuição e comercialização alimentar, e seus destrutivos reflexos. Tenho como objetivo geral analisar as resultantes dos modelos convencionais de produção e comercialização alimentar, buscando na produção orgânica, aliada à agricultura familiar e aos circuitos curtos de comercialização, modelos locais e particulares de manejo agrícola, que sejam menos impactantes ao ambiente, à segurança alimentar e à soberania nacional. Busco agregar a este estudo a importância dos produtores e consumidores enquanto agentes políticos de transformação, seja na construção de novas espacialidades, onde se realizam as feiras, como na desconstrução de preconceitos históricos referentes ao meio rural. Para caracterizar minha pesquisa utilizo assim, como modelo de referência o Circuito Carioca de Feiras Orgânicas. / [en] This research deals with the Human - Food - Environment trilogy analyzed through the prism of the existing relationship between the rural and the urban. This relationship can be observed between the Family Farming Organic Producers and their consumer market in urban centers. In this work, I seek to arrive to an understanding that the imposition of unique food production and marketing models widespread after the Green Revolution can and should be replaced by local models and sustainable private agricultural management. In this sense, I propose a question that will be the north of all the research: can Family Farming Organic Production combined with short marketing channels be on serve as a new paradigm for the modern production chain and food distribution? Thus, the object of my research is the insurgency of new forms of food comercialization, guided by an ethical chain of production and distribution, so the Carioca Circuit Organic fairs, is configured as an example of this model, just going against the current logic heteronomic production, distribution and marketing food, and its destructive consequences. My objective is to analyze the consequences of the conventional models of food production and marketing and to find in the combination between Family Farming Organic Production and short marketing channels, local and particular models of agricultural management that are less impacting to the environment, food safety and national sovereignty. I also seek to add to this study the importance of producers and consumers as political agents of change, either in building new spatiality, where the fairs are held, as in the deconstruction of historical prejudices concerning the rural areas. To characterize my research I use the Carioca Circuit Organic Fairs as a reference model.
