El tema abordado en la presente tesis gira entorno a la Propuesta de Implementación en una mediana empresa del Sector Metalmecánico, a través del diseño de procesos del área administrativa y de la elaboración de una herramienta de seguimiento y gestión de indicadores de procesos de planta y de oficina. El proyecto consiste en la propuesta de implementación de seis procesos pertenecientes a procesos Logísticos, Compras y abastecimiento y Almacenamiento e inventarios; procesos de Costos, Control y monitoreo de gastos y Reporting; y procesos de Recursos Humanos, Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal y Gestión de compensaciones. Seguidamente, como herramienta de gestión se procederá a diseñar un tablero de mando, el cual tomará registros de los procesos ejecutados en planta y así realizará la medición de los indicadores planteados para cada proceso.
Por consiguiente, esta tesis estará dividida en seis capítulos. En el primero, se buscó conceptos referidos a autores conocedores del tema que serán usados a lo largo del documento. En el segundo, se realizará el diagnóstico de la empresa, el estado actual de los procesos, la explicación de la herramienta de gestión y el diseño del registro físico de los formatos. En el tercero, se explicará el uso de gestión por proyectos en base a sus diferentes gestiones. En el cuarto, se ejecutará y se validará la propuesta de implementación. En el quinto, se realizará la evaluación de impactos de los procesos y las herramientas implementadas, y en el capítulo final, se presentarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones. / The topic addressed in this thesis revolves around the Implementation Proposal in a medium-sized company in the Metalworking Sector, through the design of processes in the administrative area and the development of a tool for monitoring and managing indicators of plant processes and office. The project consists of the proposal of implementation of six processes belonging to Logistic processes, Purchasing and Supply and Storage and inventories; Cost processes, Control and monitoring of expenses and Reporting; and Human Resources, Recruitment and Personnel Selection and Compensation Management processes. Then, as a management tool we will proceed to design a dashboard, which will take records of the processes executed in the plant and thus perform the measurement of the indicators proposed for each process.
Therefore, this thesis will be divided into six chapters. In the first one, we searched for concepts referring to knowledgeable authors of the theme that will be used throughout the document. In the second, the diagnosis of the company, the current state of the processes, the explanation of the management tool and the design of the physical record of the formats will be carried out. In the third, the use of management by projects will be explained based on their different efforts. In the fourth, the implementation proposal will be executed and validated. In the fifth, the evaluation of the impacts of the processes and the tools implemented will be carried out, and in the final chapter, the conclusions and recommendations will be presented. / Tesis
