Análisis de la productividad de los procesos constructivos aplicando filosofía Lean Construction para obras civiles de gran minería. Caso de Estudio: HV Contratistas - Truck Shop Smcv

La presente investigación tuvo como intención poner en práctica el uso de herramientas lean, durante la construcción del taller de volquetes mineros y bahía de llantas para la gestión del proyecto en alcance, calidad, seguridad, costo y tiempo. Para el estudio se realizaron mediciones en campo para verificar, diagnosticar e implementar herramientas efectivas, para mejorar la productividad y cumplir con los requerimientos de obra, generar utilidad y cumplir con el tiempo de entrega del proyecto. Con esta investigación pudimos determinar que la gestión del proyecto con las herramientas adecuadas del Lean Construction brindaran beneficios con el cumplimento del alcance, cronograma, calidad y mayores utilidades que las proyectadas al inicio del proyecto. / The purpose of this research is to implement the Lean Construction tools during the construction process of mine tracks and wheel bays to be able to manage the project from a safety, quality, cost and time perspective. For this study, field measurements were taken in order to verify, forecast and implement the effective tools to improve productivity, meet the requirements of the project, generate profit and meet the milestones. We also proceeded with the diagnose of the real status, we verified that the traditional construction without any short time controls and the non- application of new technologies would originate losses to the company. With this research we were able to determine that the management of the project with the appropriate tools provided benefits with the fulfillment of the scope, schedule, quality and greater profits than the original forecast at the beginning of the project. / Trabajo de investigación
