<p>The purpose with this essay is to understand how the tenants association, management – and administrator in the public housing sector in an average city. What are the affects going to be when they take away the “stopplag” and will the segregation change? And also to understand how the public housing sector works with handle segregation and to prevent it.</p> / <p>Syftet med detta arbete är att förstå hur hyresgästföreningen, ledning - och förvaltare i allmännyttan i en mellanstor stad uppfattar vad som kan hända när den så kallade stopplagen försvinner och om segregationen kommer att förändras. Syftet är även att förstå hur allmännyttan arbetar med att hantera segregationen och förebygga denna.</p>
