Previous issue date: 2016 / O presente trabalho procura identificar possíveis representações de Direito no rock de Raul Seixas. A partir da perspectiva dos estudos culturais, especialmente do autor Douglas Kellner, será demonstrado como e porque o rock pode ser considerado valiosa fonte de pesquisa. Na sequência, será demonstrado de que forma os juristas tem trabalhado com as temáticas interdisciplinares como direito e música e direito e rock, no intuito de identificar possíveis falhas. Assim, utilizando as orientações metodológicas de Douglas Kellner e Marcos Napolitano, será realizada uma análise de 10 canções de Raul Seixas, produzidas entre os anos 1974 e 1988, com o objetivo de nelas identificar possíveis representações de Direito. <br> / Abstract : This thesis seeks to identify some possible representations of Law in the Raul Seixas rock. From the perspective of cultural studies, especially the Douglas Kellner author, we will demonstrate how and why the rock can be considered a valuable source of research. Following, we will demonstrate how the lawyers have been working with interdisciplinary issues such as law and music and law and rock, in order to identify possible failures. Thus, using the methodological guidelines of Douglas Kellner and Marcos Napolitano, we will be analyze 10 songs from Raul Seixas, produced between the years of 1974 and 1988 in order to identify in them possible representations of law.
