Se estudió de manera transversal la relación entre la Intención Emprendedora, la Personalidad Proactiva, la Autoeficacia Emprendedora y la Norma Subjetiva en una muestra de 502 estudiantes universitarios de la Facultad de Negocios y de la Facultad de Administración en Hotelería y Turismo de una universidad Privada de Lima. La muestra estuvo conformada por 189 hombres y 313 mujeres; las edades fluctuaban entre los 16 y 31 años, siendo el promedio de edad de 20.14 años; los ciclos que se abarcaron fueron desde el primero al décimo, obteniendo una mayor cantidad de alumnos en el segundo ciclo (N=101) y de menor cantidad en el primero (N=2). En relación a la intención emprendedora se evidencia que 486 estudiantes sí tienen la intención de emprender y que 16 estudiantes no tienen la intención de emprender; de los estudiantes que sí tienen la intención de emprender son 299 mujeres y 187 hombres y de los estudiantes que no tienen intención de emprender son 14 mujeres y 2 hombres. Los resultados muestran que la intención emprendedora se relaciona positivamente y significativamente con la personalidad proactiva (r=.31***), la autoeficacia emprendedora (r=.34***) y la norma subjetiva (r=.17***). También, se evidencia que predicen de forma positiva y significativa a la intención emprendedora, las variables autoeficacia emprendedora (β =.30***) y la personalidad proactiva (β =.137*) y por otro lado, la variable de control ciclo la predice de forma negativa y significativa (β = -.08*). Finalmente, se discute la importancia de los hallazgos y se hace hincapié en las limitaciones de este estudio. / The relationship between the Entrepreneurial Intent, the Proactive Personality, the Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and the Subjective Norm was studied in a sample of 502 university students of the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Administration in Hospitality and Tourism of a Private University of Lima. The sample consisted of 189 men and 313 women; The ages fluctuated between 16 and 31 years old, with an average age of 20.14 years; The cycles that were covered were from the first to the tenth, obtaining a greater number of students in the second cycle (N = 101) and of smaller quantity in the first (N = 2). In relation to the entrepreneurial intention, it is evident that 486 students do have the intention of undertaking and that 16 students do not intend to undertake; of the students who do intend to undertake are 299 women and 187 men and of the students who do not intend to undertake are 14 women and 2 men. The results show that the entrepreneurial intention is positively and significantly related to the proactive personality (r = .31 ***), the entrepreneurial self-efficacy (r = .34 ***) and the subjective norm (r = .17 ***). Also, it is evident that they predict in a positive and significant way the entrepreneurial intention, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy variables (β = .30 ***) and the proactive personality (β = .137 *) and, on the other hand, the cycle control variable predicts it negatively and significantly (β = -.08 *). Finally, the importance of the findings is discussed and the limitations of this study are emphasized. / Tesis
