Previous issue date: 2017-07-24 / A sustentabilidade tem ganhado for?a e impulsionado diversos estudos nas mais
variadas ?reas, seja na arquitetura, meio ambiente, educa??o, economia ou
administra??o p?blica. O trabalho aborda quest?es referentes ao desenvolvimento e
o conhecimento das quest?es relacionadas ? sustentabilidade em resid?ncias
unifamiliares, especificamente ao uso de recursos naturais renov?veis, preocupa??es
de conforto ambiental e efici?ncia energ?tica no processo projetual e redu??o de
desperd?cio de materiais durante a constru??o da edifica??o. O presente trabalho tem
como objetivo elaborar um projeto de uma resid?ncia unifamiliar sustent?vel em
condom?nio de alto padr?o, em clima quente e ?mido, com a m?xima efici?ncia dos
recursos renov?veis, com a capta??o de energia solar e de ?guas pluviais, al?m do
uso de uma modula??o e de esquadrias que permitam a permeabilidade dos ventos e
da radia??o solar direta com controle do usu?rio durante os per?odos de ver?o e
inverno. Durante os estudos realizados, foi utilizado o conceito de colmeia, atrav?s de
seus aspectos modula??o, racionaliza??o, e apropria??o do espa?o, adaptando-se a
uma das estruturas que demonstra maior equil?brio na natureza, pois ? sustent?vel
sem que haja conflitos entre os espa?os, interagindo com o entorno. Os
condicionantes principais para a proposta foram o zoneamento bioclim?tico, as
prescri??es urban?sticas para a regi?o objeto de estudo, a utiliza??o de uma
modula??o padronizada, estudos volum?tricos e situacionais para atender o programa
de necessidades e a racionaliza??o dos processos construtivos escolhidos,
evidenciando solu??es que aperfei?oassem a aloca??o de recursos naturais ? uso
racional de ?gua e o reaproveitamento das ?guas da chuva e de energias renov?veis,
em consenso com o custo vi?vel de execu??o. O projeto da resid?ncia unifamiliar
proposto com 507,60m? resultou em menor impacto ambiental, al?m de um impacto
positivo na diminui??o dos custos de opera??o e manuten??o, tornando sua
constru??o e opera??o mais vi?vel do que uma resid?ncia convencional. / Sustainability has gained strength and has driven several studies in the most varied
areas, be it architecture, environment, education, economics or public administration.
The paper addresses issues to the development and revenue of sustainability issues
in single family homes, specifically the use of renewable natural resources,
environmental comfort concerns and energy efficiency in the process and reduction of
wastage of materials during construction of the building. The present work aims to
elaborate a project of a sustainable single family dwelling in condominium of high
standard, in hot and humid climate, with a maximum efficiency of the renewable
resources, with a capture of solar energy and rainwater, besides the use of a
Modulation and frames that allow a permeability of the winds and the direct solar
radiation with control of the user during the periods of summer and winter. During the
studies, the concept of hive was used, through its modalities, rationalization, and
appropriation of space, adapting to one of the structures that shows great balance in
nature, since it is sustainable without conflicts between spaces. Or surroundings. The
main constraints for a proposal or bioclimatic zoning, such as urbanistic prescriptions

studies to meet the program needs and rationalization of production processes,
obvious solutions solutions for improvement in The Allocation of natural resources -
rational use of water and reuse of rainwater and renewable energies, in agreement
with the feasible cost of implementation. The proposed single-family residence project
with 507.60m? resulted in lower environmental impact in addition to a positive impact
in reducing operating and maintenance costs, making its construction and operation
more feasible than a conventional residence.
