incorporeal flows if they develop in the Maranh?o, from the moment where it had a process of integration of the maranhense territory while peripheral space of the capitalist dynamics, that if gave through the politics of regional integration created by the State, but when it had a process of selective modernization, also partial and conservative of the agriculture, that made possible the significant increase of the
production and reproduction of the capital. The study sample that with the advent of the soy, had a concentration of the production techniques, mainly in the agricultural region of Balsas, due to bigger it offers of lands, time of implantation of the culture, technique accumulated in the production, whereas in the agricultural region of Chapadinha, these indices still are without representation. Moreover, the intensification of the agricultural credit, the agrarian politics and tax incentives are
elements that have propitiated increase of the production of the soy. The development of the space circuit and circles of cooperation of the soy, a side, create new forces politics in the Maranh?o that can result in the creation of a new state, the
other, are responsible, for the elimination of part of the subsistence agriculture, producing social problems as, agrarian concentration and unemployment. The study it still evidences the appropriation of the place for a small number of companies that has generated, beyond an intense concentration of income, an alienation of the territory, in view of that this is used for a strange purpose to the place and the yearning of the population does not stop / O estudo em tela tem como objetivo a compreens?o do circuito espacial de produ??o e os c?rculos de coopera??o da soja que se desenvolvem no Maranh?o no per?odo t?cnico-cient?fico-informacional. Caracterizados pelos fluxos materiais e imateriais se desenvolvem no Maranh?o, a partir do momento em que houve um processo de integra??o do territ?rio maranhense enquanto espa?o perif?rico da din?mica capitalista, que se deu atrav?s das pol?ticas de integra??o regional criadas pelo Estado, mas tamb?m quando houve um processo de moderniza??o seletiva, parcial e conservadora da agricultura, que possibilitou o aumento significativo da produ??o e reprodu??o do capital. O estudo mostra que com o advento da soja, houve uma concentra??o das t?cnicas de produ??o, principalmente na regi?o agr?cola de Balsas, devido ? maior oferta de terras, tempo de implanta??o da cultura, t?cnica acumulada na produ??o, enquanto que na regi?o agr?cola de Chapadinha, esses ?ndices ainda s?o inexpressivos. Al?m disso, a intensifica??o do cr?dito rural, as pol?ticas fundi?rias e incentivos fiscais s?o elementos que t?m propiciado aumento da produ??o da soja. O desenvolvimento do circuito espacial e c?rculos de coopera??o da soja, de um lado, criam novas for?as pol?ticas no Maranh?o que podem resultar na cria??o de um novo estado, do outro, s?o respons?veis, pela elimina??o de parte da agricultura de subsist?ncia, produzindo problemas sociais como, concentra??o fundi?ria e desemprego. O estudo evidencia ainda que a apropria??o do lugar por um pequeno n?mero de empresas tem gerado, al?m de intensa concentra??o de renda, uma aliena??o do territ?rio, tendo em vista que este
? usado para uma finalidade estranha ao lugar e n?o para os anseios da popula??o local
