Trata-se de uma contribuição para a área da comunicação, no que diz respeito à produção de conhecimento sobre os enquadramentos jornalísticos praticados pelas principais revistas brasileiras de informação geral, especialmente na cobertura das manifestações reivindicatórias. Nesse sentido, foi possível identificar e analisar a tônica dos enquadramentos das manifestações de junho em cada uma das revistas Veja, Carta Capital, Época e IstoÉ, em relação às razões do movimento, aos manifestantes, às formas de manifestação e às respostas das autoridades. Além de analisar que papel que desempenhou o jornalismo de revista na circulação e significação do conjunto de símbolos no processo de representações sobre manifestações sociais reivindicatórias, buscamos ainda verificar se essas revistas teriam condições de oferecer uma abordagem mais substancial do cenário político. Os resultados obtidos por meio da análise de enquadramento permitem concluir que as revistas Carta Capital e IstoÉ desempenharam papel importante na cobertura dos protestos porque apresentaram enquadramentos mais positivos, equilibrados e significativos e por isso contribuíram para a legitimação do evento e consequentemente para o processo de ampliação e disseminação dos direitos. Veja e Época, por sua vez, não produziram enquadramentos capazes de legitimar os protestos, não serviram de suporte para os seus dir... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This study has as its theme the role of journalism in covering the protests of June of 2013. This is a contribution to the area of communication, regarding the production of knowledge about jornalistic frameworks applied by the main Brazilian magazines general information, especially in the coverage of protests. It was possible to identify and analyze the tone of the framing of the June manifestations in each of the magazines Veja, Carta Capital, Época and IstoÉ, in relation to the reasons for the the movement, the protesters, the way of manifestation and the authorities' responses. In addition to understanding which role played the magazine journalism in the the circulation and significance of the set of symbols in the representations of social events, we seek to further verify if these maganize were be able to offer a more substatial approach to the political scenario. The results obtained through the framework analysis concluded that the magazine Carta Capital and IstoÉ played an important role in covering the protests, because they had more positive frameworks, balanced and meaningful and therefore contributed to the legitimacy of the event and to the enlargement and dissemination of rights. Veja and Época, int urn, did not produce framewoks able to legitimize the protests, not seving to the support of rights and to the understanding of the facts.
