Previous issue date: 2017-08-14 / This study aimed to measure the effects of the individual absorptive capacity on the learning domain based on the taxonomy of Bloom in a construction materials network of the west of Paraná. It was decided to investigate the absorptive capacity at the individual level, because as identified in the theoretical bases, most of the approaches focus on the organizational scope. In addition, it has been observed that these studies only involve the cognitive domain of knowledge. Therefore, it is considered that this research may bring new perspectives when including the learning domain with the affective and psychomotor dimensions in studies of the absorptive capacity applied in the area of Administration, at the individual, group and organizational levels. It was found that the absorption capacity with its four dimensions - acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation - positively influences the domains of learning. The methodology is quantitative and the type of research is exploratory-descriptive and for this investigation an adapted version of the questionnaire developed by Wang et al. (2014) and for the learning domains a scale adapted from Bloom et al. (1970), applied to a sample of 128 employees of Panorama Home Center, whose universe reaches 510 employees in 9 branches, located in the municipalities of Foz do Iguaçu, Santa Terezinha de Itaipu and Medianeira. A central hypothesis and three secondary hypotheses were formulated. The central hypothesis was to test whether individual absorptive capacity had a positive influence on the learning domain and the secondary ones analyzed the influence of the absorptive capacity in each domain - cognitive, affective and psychomotor, individually. Through the descriptive analysis, the indicators of each dimension of the individual absorptive capacity and the components of the learning domain were analyzed. In addition, the analysis of the structural model was carried out. The results showed that by considering the three domains together, resulting in the third-order variable called the learning domain, the resulting coefficient between this latent variable and the individual absorptive capacity, it is confirmed that the individual absorptive capacity produces results positive in the learning domain, confirming the statistical hypothesis of this study. / Este estudo teve por objetivo mensurar os efeitos da capacidade de absorção individual sobre o domínio de aprendizagem com base na taxonomia de Bloom em uma rede materiais de construção do oeste do Paraná. Optou-se por pesquisar a capacidade de absorção no nível individual, pois conforme identificado nas bases teóricas, grande parte das abordagens concentra-se no âmbito organizacional. Além disso, observou-se que estes estudos envolvem apenas o domínio cognitivo do conhecimento. Portanto, considera-se que esta pesquisa poderá trazer novas perspectivas ao incluir o domínio de aprendizagem com as dimensões afetiva e psicomotora em estudos da capacidade de absorção aplicados na área de Administração, nos âmbitos - individual, grupal e organizacional. Constatou-se que a capacidade de absorção com suas quatro dimensões – aquisição, assimilação, transformação e explotação - influencia positivamente os domínios de aprendizagem durante as atividades aprendizagem e de rotina organizacional. A metodologia é quantitativa e o tipo de pesquisa é exploratório-descritivo e para essa investigação foi utilizada uma versão adaptada do questionário desenvolvido por Wang et al. (2014) e para os domínios de aprendizagem uma escala adaptada de Bloom et al. (1970), aplicado para uma amostra de 128 empregados da Panorama Home Center, cujo o universo atinge 510 empregados em 9 filiais, localizadas nos municípios de Foz do Iguaçu, Santa Terezinha de Itaipu e Medianeira. Foi formulada uma hipótese central e três hipóteses secundárias. A hipótese central teve por finalidade testar se a capacidade de absorção individual provocava influência positiva sobre o domínio de aprendizagem e as secundárias analisaram a influência da capacidade de absorção em cada domínio – cognitivo, afetivo e psicomotor, individualmente. Por meio da análise descritiva foram analisados os indicadores de cada dimensão da capacidade de absorção individual e os componentes do domínio de aprendizagem. Além disso, realizou-se a análise do modelo estrutural. Os dados demonstraram que ao considerar os três domínios de forma conjunta, resultando na variável de terceira ordem denominada „domínio de aprendizagem, o coeficiente originado entre essa variável latente e a capacidade de absorção individual, comprova que a capacidade de absorção individual provoca resultados positivos no domínio de aprendizagem, confirmando a hipótese estatística deste estudo.
