Medir la eficiencia del comportamiento de tres intersecciones: Avenida Salaverry, Cádiz y Canevaro, asimismo evaluar la calidad de nivel de servicio. Se empleó como herramienta el programa SYNCHRO 8.0, el cual a partir de los datos obtenidos en campo como los aforos vehiculares, ciclo de semaforización y factores de ajuste para el flujo de saturación pudo determinar los tiempos de demora que definieron finalmente los niveles de servicio en cada una de las intersecciones.
