Previous issue date: 2016-04-27 / As a premise of this thesis, there is Article 205 of the Federal Constitution, which prescribes that education is a right for all, and education should be based on the principle of equal conditions of access and permanence in school, also confirmed in Article 3 of the Law of Directives and Bases of Education. Thus, the right to not release all the subjects included in developing educational measures by the offense. The objective of this study is raising production expressed knowledge in dissertations and theses available in the online database of the Brazilian Institute for Information in Science and Technology (Ibict) on "school management" in conjunction with the theme " teenagers who meet educational measures ".Quantify and analyze it was necessary to understand the front of the school management actions in this group of adolescents and their education. The works that make up the corpus of this research was delimited in the search in the time period between 2010 and 2015 and were surveyed the following keywords: teenagers who meet educational measures, school and students who meet educational measures, management and included students in action socio-educational, socio-educational measures and the school, teens included on educational measures and the school management. Surveys were separated by: job title, researcher's name, institution, area (Graduate Program) and year of publication. The results are similar when evidence: vacancies absence, weakness in the school management and teaching staff, lack of student interest / motivation / avoidance, the school management actions, use of hazardous substances in the space of House Foundation, but that mention external school environment. The conclusion drawn by the survey research reveals a lack of professional training of those working in education as education of teenagers who meet educational measures. / Como premissa desta dissertação, destaca-se o artigo 205 da Constituição Federal, que prescreve que a educação é um direito de todos, e o ensino deve ter por base o princípio de igualdade de condições para o acesso e permanência na escola, confirmado também no artigo 3° da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação. Sendo assim, o direito para todos não desvincula os sujeitos em desenvolvimento inclusos em medidas socioeducativas mediante o ato infracional. O objetivo do presente trabalho é o levantamento de produção de conhecimentos expressa em dissertações e teses disponibilizadas no banco de dados on-line do Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (Ibict) sobre o tema “gestão escolar” em articulação com o tema “adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas”. Quantificar e analisar se fez necessário para compreensão das ações da gestão escolar frente a esse grupo de adolescentes e sua educação. Os trabalhos que compõem o corpus desta pesquisa delimitou-se na busca no período temporal entre 2010 e 2015, e foram pesquisadas as seguintes palavras-chave: adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas, escola e alunos que cumprem medidas socioeducativas, gestão e alunos inclusos em medidas socioeducativas, medidas socioeducativas e a escola, adolescentes inclusos em medidas socioeducativas e a gestão escolar. As pesquisas foram separadas por: título do trabalho, nome do pesquisador, instituição, área (Programa de Pós-Graduação) e ano da publicação. Os resultados obtidos são análogos quando evidenciam: inexistência de vagas, fragilidade na gestão escolar e corpo docente, falta de interesse do aluno/motivação/evasão, ações da gestão escolar, uso de substâncias de risco no espaço da Fundação Casa, mas que mencionam o espaço escolar externo. A conclusão extraída pelo levantamento das pesquisas revela a falta de capacitação profissional dos que atuam na área educacional quanto à educação de adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas.
