Previous issue date: 2013-01-17 / This research aims to identify as it is done in everyday practice of social workers who work in Health Policy in the city of Porto Alegre, the intervention in terms of the Social Determinants of Health. The analysis assumes the use of the Constitutive Dimensions of Professional Competence (dimension-operative technical, ethical-political dimension and dimension theoretical and methodological) to perform the analysis of this intervention. The choice of subjects was given from the division of the axis of action of Social Workers in Health Policy established by CFESS (2010) which are: a) direct service to users, b) mobilization, participation and social control, c) research, planning and management, d) counseling, vocational training and qualification. It was part listed one (01) professional each axis of action for conducting research interview. Because it is qualitative research, the main interest lies in the content provided in the statements of the subjects and not the number of interviews.
The dissertation is organized in order to conceptualize the historical development of the Brazilian Health Policy, established working relations in capitalist society, focusing on the work of the social worker in health, as well as disputes involving theoretical understanding of Determination social Health being based on Dialectical-Critical method, more than knowing the existing reality, this dissertation proposes to list the suggestions to overcome the reality that this called to contribute to the professional intervention of the social worker in Health Policy. / A presente pesquisa objetiva identificar como ? realizada, na pratica cotidiana dos Assistentes Sociais que atuam na Pol?tica de Sa?de no Munic?pio de Porto Alegre, a interven??o nas express?es dos Determinantes Sociais da Sa?de. A an?lise parte do pressuposto da utiliza??o das Dimens?es Constitutivas da Compet?ncia Profissional (dimens?o t?cnico-operativa, dimens?o ?tico-pol?tica e dimens?o te?rico-metodol?gica) para realizar a an?lise desta interven??o. A escolha dos sujeitos deu-se a partir da divis?o dos eixos de atua??o dos Assistentes Sociais na Pol?tica de Sa?de estabelecida pelo CFESS (2010) que s?o: a) atendimento direto com os usu?rios; b) mobiliza??o, participa??o e controle social; c) investiga??o, planejamento e gest?o; d) assessoria, qualifica??o e forma??o profissional. Foi elencado um (01) profissional de cada eixo de atua??o para realiza??o de entrevista de pesquisa. Por tratar-se de pesquisa qualitativa, o interesse principal encontra-se no conte?do estabelecido nas falas dos sujeitos e n?o no n?mero de entrevistas realizadas.
A disserta??o de mestrado ? organizada a fim de conceituar os marcos hist?ricos do desenvolvimento da Pol?tica de Sa?de brasileira, as rela??es de trabalho estabelecidas na sociedade capitalista, enfocando no trabalho do Assistente Social na sa?de, bem como as disputas te?ricas que envolvem o entendimento de Determina??o Social da Sa?de. Por estar fundamentada no m?todo Dial?tico-Cr?tico, mais do que conhecer a realidade existente, essa disserta??o de mestrado prop?e-se a elencar sugest?es de supera??o da realidade que esta posta a fim de contribuir com a interven??o profissional do Assistente Social na Pol?tica de Sa?de.
