El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar y analizar las razones por
las cuales el Estado peruano no cumple con las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de
Derechos Humanos. Para ello, se han revisado datos acerca de la cantidad de sentencias
e incumplimientos que la Corte publica, así como se han descrito los tipos de
reparaciones que ha dictado la Corte y se ha analizado el proceso de cumplimiento de
sentencias internacionales por el Estado peruano con el fin de concluir en las razones de
incumplimiento de ejecución de sentencias, así como en posibles estrategias para
mejorar esta situación. / The objective of this work is to determine and analyze the reasons why the
Peruvian State does not comply with the judgments of the Inter-American Court of
Human Rights. To do so, data on the number of judgments and breaches published by
the Court has been reviewed. And, the types of reparations that the Court has issued
have been described and the process of compliance with international judgments by
Peruvian State has been analyzed in order to conclude on the reasons for
non-compliance with the execution of sentences, as well as on possible strategies to
improve this situation.
