In this project I set out to favor people living in small spaces but who are in need of a substantial desk in their homes. With sketches, scale-models and interviews I explore what problems a student in Seoul, South Korea, experience and what role design can play in aiding his situation. I will describe how i choose materials, make decisions about the design of certain details and how I take an idea of a folding desk and realize it to create a mobile drawer unit with a foldable workspace. A workspace for sitting and working or for being a part of the drawers storage while also allowing the user to work standing up.
