Previous issue date: 2007-08-28 / The present work show the principle of the dignity the human being and its efectivity access to justice. The Dignity treatment must be expended to the human being - that it became consecrated internationally principle and our Republic - It´s constantly forgotten, been inattentive, for the inefficiency of the judgement, more especially, for the difficult access to the justice that is on a practical is seen in our country. To treat people in a dignity conduct also implies in offering efficient access to justice too. Without access to justice human being does not say itself in dignity people. It will be demonstrated in the elaborated text. / O presente trabalho aborda o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e sua efetivação através do acesso à justiça. O tratamento digno que deve ser despendido ao ser humano - que se tornou princípio consagrado internacionalmente e fundamento da nossa República - é constantemente esquecido, desatendido, pela ineficiência da prestação jurisdicional, mais especialmente, pelo difícil acesso à justiça que na prática é visto em nosso país. Tratar dignamente a pessoa também implica em oferecer eficiente acesso à justiça. Sem acesso à justiça não se fala em dignidade da pessoa humana, isso é o que ficará demonstrado no texto elaborado.
