El presente trabajo propone implementar una arquitectura empresarial para la dirección de innovación de una aseguradora peruana. Entre las necesidades identificadas, la Gerencia de Innovación debe alinearse al plan de transformación digital de la empresa. Además, se necesita estandarizar los procesos actuales de la dirección. Por otro lado, se requiere realizar el control y seguimiento actualizado de las iniciativas y proyectos que son ejecutados por las áreas operativas de la empresa. El trabajo está dividido en cuatro capítulos. En el primer capítulo, trata de la definición del proyecto y se describe a la entidad objeto de estudio, la misión, visión y objetivos estratégicos, así como también los objetivos y beneficios de trabajo profesional. Luego, en el segundo capítulo se describirá el marco teórico sobre arquitectura empresarial, métodos ágiles para el desarrollo de Software y terminamos en resaltar la importancia de metodologías como Design Thinking y la transformación digital en la empresa. A continuación, en el tercer capítulo se aborda el desarrollo del proyecto en sí, aquí se realizará un análisis de la arquitectura AS IS de la entidad aseguradora y se propone una arquitectura TO BE utilizando para ello el marco de referencia TOGAF, también se tratará acerca de las oportunidades de solución, la composición del grupo de trabajo y las herramientas a usar para el desarrollo del proyecto. Por último, en el cuarto capítulo se realizará la propuesta formal del proyecto. A través de las propuestas realizadas en el presente trabajo profesional, se demuestra que al alinear de manera eficiente la tecnología con el negocio y enfocándolo específicamente a los clientes se puede brindar productos y servicios que generen una mayor aceptación por parte de ellos y al mismo tiempo una menor probabilidad de fracaso en el mercado. Así mismo, al implantar un correcto seguimiento y control de los proyectos, se mejora la toma de decisiones por parte de la Gerencia de Innovación. / The present work proposes to implement an enterprise architecture for the innovation direction of a Peruvian insurer. Among the identified needs, the Innovation Management must be aligned with the digital transformation plan of the company. In addition, it is necessary to standardize the current management processes. On the other hand, it is necessary to carry out the control and updated monitoring of the initiatives and projects that are executed by the operative areas of the company. The document is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, it deals with the definition of the project and describes the entity under study, the mission, vision and strategic objectives, as well as the objectives and benefits of professional work. Then, in the second chapter the theoretical framework on business architecture, agile methods for software development will be described and we will end up highlighting the importance of methodologies such as Design Thinking and digital transformation in the company. Then, in the third chapter, the development of the project itself is discussed, here an analysis of the AS IS architecture of the insurance entity that proposes a TO BE architecture using the TOGAF reference framework will be carried out, it will also be about the solution opportunities, the composition of the working group and the tools to use for the development of the project. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the formal proposal of the project will be made. Through the proposals made in the present professional work, it is demonstrated that by efficiently aligning the technology with the business and focusing specifically on customers, it can provide products and services that generate greater acceptance by them and at the same time a lower probability of failure in the market. Likewise, by implementing a proper follow-up and control of the projects, the decision-making on the part of the Innovation Management is improved. / Tesis
