2016_AdrianaBarbosaSócrates.pdf: 4122633 bytes, checksum: f8b9e1199345ec53a04d2f3e9cabfba4 (MD5) / A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar a contribuição teórico-metodológica da proposta de Grupo de Intervenção Psicossocial (GIP) para sujeitos que se envolveram com a Justiça por uso de drogas e discutir os alcances e limites do GIP enquanto dispositivo reflexivo no contexto da obrigação judicial imposta pelo Inciso III ‘comparecimento a grupo educativo’ do Artigo 28 da Lei 11.343/2006 como alternativa ao proibicionismo. Partimos da discussão teórica sobre as drogas em uma perspectiva multidisciplinar com a intenção de situar o sujeito do grupo na sua relação com as drogas no contexto da Justiça. O referencial teórico utilizado é a psicanálise que compreende o sujeito para além de seus atos e percebe o uso de drogas como atuação do uso da função das drogas no circuito pulsional, diante da ausência e ou insuficiência do pensar os pensamentos e aprender com as experiências. A partir da experiência de realização de vinte e seis GIPs como campo de pesquisa e trabalho de campo, definimos o recorte empírico de três destes GIPs e seus dezesseis participantes para análise hermenêutica neste estudo. Utilizamos como método investigativo de pesquisa qualitativa o arco/círculo hermenêutico (explicação, compreensão e interpretação) e a interpretação psicanalítica. Os resultados são apresentados em dois eixos de análise: 1) sistematização da experiência de realização dos grupos pelo roteiro de retratação e aplicabilidade do GIP e 2) discussão dos alcances e limites do GIP como dispositivo reflexivo e clínico. Apresentamos estes eixos por meio de quatro momentos do processo de intervenção à pesquisa: 1) a participação no Grupo de Intervenção Psicossocial; 2) os níveis interacionais e relacionais dos participantes com as drogas nos contextos; 3) a composição funcional mental do GIP enquanto dispositivo reflexivo e 4) o GIP como metabolizador da função da Justiça. Obtivemos como resultado: 1) a proposta metodológica do GIP: espaço e objeto intermediário como diferencial, 2) a relação dos participantes com as drogas nos contextos sociofamiliar e institucional da Justiça a partir da trilogia de Claude Olievenstein, 3) grupo como espaço intermediário e dispositivo clínico que revelou: 3.1) a composição do funcionamento mental dos GIPs e 3.2) o processo reflexivo possível entre a obrigação e a demanda e, 4) o GIP como metabolizador da função da Justiça pela (re)significação da intervenção grupal no contexto da Justiça convocando a Justiça Restaurativa em lugar da Justiça Retributiva. Concluímos que a Justiça exerce importante papel frente ao uso de drogas quando oferece o comparecimento ao grupo como possibilidade reflexiva que oportuniza o pensar, o elaborar, o aprender com a experiência e atribuição de novos sentidos ontológicos, como alternativa ao proibicionismo. Em relação às drogas, o GIP atuou como espaço intermediário e promoveu o deslocamento do uso da função do efeito à consciência do fluxo pulsional intermediado pelo pensamento em lugar da ação de usar drogas, compondo a melodia do GIP pelo funcionamento psíquico e emocional observados nos grupos. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This research aims to present the theoretical and methodological contribution of the proposed Psychosocial Intervention Group (GIP) for subjects who were involved with the law for drug use and discuss the scope and limits of the GIP while reflecting device in the context of the legal obligation imposed by Item III 'attendance at educational group' of Article 28 of Law 11.343 / 2006 as an alternative to prohibition. We start from the theoretical discussion about drugs in a multidisciplinary approach with the intention of placing the subject of the group in its relationship with drugs in the context of Justice. The theoretical framework is psychoanalysis comprising the subject beyond their actions and realize the use of drugs such as performance of the use of drugs function in the drive circuit, in the absence and or failure of thinking the thoughts and learn from the experiences. From the experience of performing twenty six GIPs as a research field and field of work, we define the empirical cut three of these GIPs and his sixteen participants to hermeneutic analysis in this study. We use as an investigative method of qualitative research the arc / circle hermeneutic (explanation, understanding and interpretation) and the psychoanalytic interpretation. The results are presented in two axes of analysis: 1) systematization of experience conducting groups by recantation script and applicability of GIP and 2) discussion of the GIP scope and limits of such reflective and medical device. We present these axes by four times of the intervention research process: 1) participation in Psychosocial Intervention Group; 2) interactional and relational levels of participants with drugs in contexts; 3) mental functional composition GIP while reflecting device and 4) GIP as metabolizer function of Justice. We obtained the following results: 1) the methodological proposal GIP: space and intermediate object as differential, 2) the list of participants with the drugs in the social-family and institutional contexts of Justice from Claude Olievenstein trilogy, 3) group as an intermediary space and medical device which revealed 3.1) the composition of the mental functioning of GIPs and 3.2) the reflective process possible between the requirement and demand, and 4) the GIP as metabolizing function of Justice by (re) signification of group intervention in the context of Justice calling restorative justice instead of retributive justice. We conclude that justice plays an important role against the use of drugs when offers attendance to the group as reflective possibility that favors the thinking, working out, learning from experience and assignment of new ontological sense , as an alternative to prohibition . Regarding drugs, the GIP acted as an intermediary space and promoted the displacement of the use of the function of the effect to consciousness of instinctual flow mediated by thought rather than action of drugs , composing the melody of the GIP by the psychic and emotional functioning observed in groups.
