Previous issue date: 2004 / Resumo: Este trabalho trata da investigação acerca da abordagem de alguns conteúdos de Matemática Financeira no primeiro ano do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública estadual. Envolta pela Reforma do Ensino Médio, tive a intenção de analisar como os alunos do primeiro ano deste nível de ensino sistematizam e apreendem estes conteúdos numa perspectiva de prática colaborativa e participante entre os sujeitos envolvidos na pesquisa.
Durante o trabalho de campo, realizado em uma escola pública estadual de Campinas, SP, no segundo semestre letivo do ano de 2002, observei atitudes, ações e reações dos sujeitos envolvidos na pesquisa, inclusive eu mesma, que me levaram a uma série de questionamentos. O estudo contempla reflexões acerca da minha prática de sala de aula como professora-pesquisadora e dos contrastes entre minhas intenções iniciais, de
estabelecer a participação e a colaboração em sala de aula, e o meu proceder em certos momentos. Analiso ainda as relações de poder e a dinâmica estabelecidas na sala de aula de Matemática ao longo do desenvolvimento do trabalho de campo, e como estas, após um incidente ocorrido, reconfiguraram o contrato didático inicialmente estabelecido / Abstract: This work deals with the inquiry concerning the teaching of some contents of Financial Mathematics in the first year of high school in a public state school. Based in the Reformulation of high school, I had the intention to analyze as the students of the first year of this education level systemize and apprehend these contents in a practical, collaborative and participative perspective between those involved in the research. During the field work, carried out in a public state school of Campinas, SP, during the second semester of 2002, I observed attitudes, actions and reactions of those involved in the research that had taken me a series of questions. This study contemplates reflections concerning my classroom practical as teacher-researcher and the contrast between my initial intentions, to establish a classroom based in participation and contribution, and my proceeds at certain moments. I still analyze the established relations and the dynamics in the classroom of Mathematics to the long one of the development of the field work, and as these, after an incident occurred in classroom, had reconfigured the didactic contract initially established. / Mestrado / Educação Matematica / Mestre em Educação
